I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and well looked after. I really appreciate their attention to detail and great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for the excellent service!

Nice hotel stayed one night as on cruise next day. Close to train station and horizon terminal . Water coffee and tea in room nice big rom separate toilet and double door to shut off noise from main door

Above and beyond service for a reasonable price. The bed was so comfortable, woke up feeling great despite my hangover! The fantastic breakfast served to my room quickly made me feel more alive. Although the cooked breakfast needs to specify that it comes with baked beans. Very grateful that the beans and tomatoes came in separate dishes. Loved that!

Very well located hotel. Has the the amenities and good standards that fit the classic Novotel standard.

There was lots of noise at night, felt like construction work was going on, this is the main issue we have got. Swimming pool is small and have limited of 10 ppl at a time, we didn’t get chance to use it unfortunately. Otherwise it was lovely to stay and looked clean.

Comfortable hotel, not far from shopping center. Lovely staff, perfect facilities. Recommend

We enjoyed the stay a lot, got a very nice and clean room, had a good time in pool. the only issue was there is no free car parking in the premises.

This hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Southampton Central Station. The building itself is old, but it's well-maintained. I appreciated having a bathtub. The morning buffet didn't have a huge variety, but the food was delicious, and most importantly, the staff's hospitality was absolutely wonderful.

The hotel is quite close to the train station, and the environment is acceptable. Don't expect good service though. My room card didn't work when I checked in at night, so I couldn't open the door. They said they'd make a working card and slide it under my door later that night, but they never did. It was also really hot and there was no air conditioning.

The room is spacious and bright, and it's quite close to the train station, which is convenient for getting to the commercial area.

Great location for cruises since it is just outside of the gate. Also plenty of shoppings nearby to get your last minute stuff before going on your cruises.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a great location for local restaurants.
