I am impressed with the view from the hotel room. I would say the stay was decent and it has a microwave which is essential to heat up food especially during the winter. The room has an extra blanket. The reception is good at the start but after a few days, when I had some queries to ask, they weren't that helpful. The parking is quite expensive to say even if it's only 1 night. Overall, it was slightly above average kind of experience but good thing that there were some grocers and eateries nearby.

The room is clean n spacious. Prime location. Staff are polite n helpful.

The room was excellent - quiet, tidy, and clean. The location was a little out of the way, but overall it was very convenient. I would definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Melbourne.

Absolute lack of room amenities gave me a chuckle, its 2026, why are cheap instant coffee sticks anywhere near these rooms when hotels hostels and bnbs everywhere else in the world have some approximation of a pod style machine in single rooms let alone king rooms. Room was dusty, with detritus on the carpet on arrival, there was a somewhat obvious hole in my sheets near the head of the bed, any attendant who made the bed couldn't have missed it so i can only assume no one really cares about working here enough to silently take care of something like that. Walls are so remarkably thin that I could hear an 'electric toothbrush' running in the next room, when I wasnt being shocked out of sleep by the sound of the toilet lid slamming down in the other next door room. miscellaneous pillow stain was an interesting one too. Even after leaving it topside, it wasn't changed for 2 days. Shower cant decide if it was to be scalding hot or arctic, but at least the pressure was pretty excellent. only things supplied in the bathroom was a single hairdryer, a water glass and a sanitary hygiene disposal bag. I'd love to know which accountant justified cutting Q-tips out of the room budget. The little downstairs cafe downstairs feels like it belongs in the backrooms attached to some forgotten convention centre, if sacrificing two bottles of water and a coffee maker in the rooms is what it took for this paltry excuse of a cafe to live, then I feel very sad for the future of Melbourne hotels. But again, i DID sleep very soundly for the majority of my stay. And a special shoutout to the gentlemen at the front desk, genuinely quite helpful and has a pretty great customer service attitude.

Highly recommended! The hotel is bright and conveniently located near public transport. The only downside is that there aren't many dining options nearby. It comes with a fridge and microwave, the room is spacious, and there's a desk perfect for working.

Excellent location. Close to south bank, trams, trains, food. We ate at Asado! They had parking at Wilson Eureka across the road for $40 with multiple entries with a QR code and the spots were very very spacious (big enough for 4wds). Very clean rooms with a nice layout. Temperature of the room was good too. TV had hdmi and chrome cast.

It was great to be close to the Yarra River, and the staff even upgraded my room, which made for a very pleasant and happy stay. I'd definitely use this hotel again.

Location was great. Parking location wasnt the best but still bareable. Was just wilson parking opposite of the building. Room is clean and kinda spacy. Love the overall layout and space we have. The facilities here is extremely well equipped. Theres impressive items equipped in the room, washing machine, dryer , microwave, oven... you name it. I can surive here in a zombie apocalypse. It was an impressive experience. Service of reception was great. They tried to be helpful and response prompt. Appreciate all the effort here. I have no complains all was always amazed with how its done here. Loving the vibe and environment.... Was a great experience in overall here and definitely will be back again !!

The room was brand new and beautifully designed, and the kitchen was spacious enough. My favorite part was having a washer and dryer – after a few days of travel, doing laundry directly in the room was incredibly convenient! The location was also great, in a very trendy area.

Friendly efficient staff at the desk and the room was clean and comfortable. I also used the pool for an early morning swim and it was lovely.

The room is spacious and clean. We get twin bed as per our request. All the basic items such as kettle, microwave, dining items are provided. We are able to move around easily as the location is within walking distant to train and tram station. We only stay 1 night so did not have time to check out the facilities.

I booked the room from 16–19 February, even though I was only arriving on the 17th. I didn’t mind paying for the extra night, as my intention was simply to give the hotel more time to prepare the room and ensure proper cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room condition upon arrival was disappointing: • The room was dusty • The sofa had visible stains • The cushion also had noticeable marks • The bedside table even had a dental mould left on it, which was extremely unhygienic Because of the condition of the room, I asked if the hotel could refund the night of the 16th. I understand that the hotel chose not to refund it, and that is completely reasonable. However, given that I had already paid for an extra day specifically to allow more time for cleaning, it was surprising to find the room in such a state. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards for future guests.

The location is fantastic and easy to get to. The room was incredibly comfortable; we got an upgrade to one with a washer and dryer, which was super convenient. The kitchen was very clean, perfect for some light cooking. We stayed for four nights and every day I just wanted to stay in bed – it was such a great experience.
