Radisson Hotel Southfield-Detroit

The room cleaning is generally well done. It probably depends on who was in charge. Staffs are very nice.

The staff treated me like I was family. I came on this trip for business. They understood the assignment of B2B. I felt safe and secure. They given me fresh clean towels daily. The hot water in the shower was relaxing. This will be my place to stay next time I travel to Detroit. The cookies were fresh and delicious!

Only one ice machine was working. Had to go to another floor to get ice or go to the bar The water after taking a shower didn't drain so it was a tub full of water Remote control didn't work had to have front desk come with new batteries

Very out dated and poor quality the staff was nice and accommodating tho gym bathroom out of order sauna out of order everything out of order rooms out dated and have a smell again I must give it to the staff all of them was nice and accommodating

Nice property, but bring your own pillows. They were the size of pillows that you would put on a sofa. Clean room, but not a comfortable rest. I requested additional pillows, which were also very small for a king size bed. Small, lumpy, uncomfortable. One elevator was not working. Ice machine was not working on our floor. Sticky substance on the floor of the elevator. Each step resulted in a crackling. One of the elevators did not work for one day.

Everything was nice but the TV only had 5 channels working… other then that it was very nice ..

The hotel was clean and the staff was very responsive. The hotel could use some updating but worked fine for me.

i love where the hotel location was at very nice neighborhood, however the rooms were very small restroom had no space whatsoever but overall, it was clean quiet and smell good also the city view was incredible!! I'll go again for sure

The room was absolutely ridiculous the vinyl flooring was lifted up to where I nearly sliced the bottom of my foot open. The bed was terrible and the shower hardly has any water pressure at all. Most of the rooms are vacant. Not because people have not rented them it's because they are completely destroyed and in need of serious renovation and I would even say demolition. All the reviews talking about how wonderful clean and nice the rooms are is nothing but a lie there is no possible way that could be true at this place. I have traveled for the last 30 years all over this country and in multiple countries and I can say 100% this is the worst large motel that I have ever been to In my life and again it needs to be demolished. There is no possible way that this building or any of the buildings with this Motel can be considered safe when the windows to the rooms are broken and I mean cracks from the top of the roof down to the floor broken. This is on at least seven of the rooms that I have walked by and the flooring in my room is not safe at all for anybody and I have had to wear shoes the whole time because the flooring is sticking up so if you walk through in the middle of the night you will slice your foot open. If there is anyone that says that this place is safe or niceon their reviews it is a flat out lie and nothing but BS. This place needs to be condemned and demolished, period. It is so far past renovation that it needs to be demolished and they need to start over.
