Overall a pleasant stay. Disappointed that there was no fruit salad at breakfast for 2 days running. No hot water from basin despite informing reception. Upset to find large stain on duvet when removing cover as it was too hot. Have stayed many times at this hotel and not had any issues before.

Not a good place to stay, my husband is disabled ad this hotel only has one accessible room. this is not right in this day and age. The other thing I don't like about it is the breakfast prices, I don't eat much at breakfast time, but still have to pay the full price. Children eat free and they get full plates of food, then don't eat it. Premier Inns are more suitable for business people.

Whilst Premier Inn may not be the 5star in the normal tourist listing's, they are reliable, clean and comfortable. What more could you ask for? At least you know exactly what you are getting, with no unexpected surprises. If course, each has its own character thanks to the staff who are the chains only variable. We have stayed at this particular hotel before so had no hesitation in returning. Ours was a longer than usual stay as we are here whilst we have building work on our house. As always, the stay has been comfortable and all the staff have been welcoming and effecient. I will make particular mention of Christine on reception for who nothing is too much trouble to ensure guests here have the perfect stay.

We hoped for a relaxed stay but it didn't really happen. The room didn't look as good as the photos on the website and the hotel at night very noisy.

Having travelled a long distance to attend a charity event in the evening the hotel was a welcoming place to stay. Clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. Had a dedicated phone for taxi service, which was great as not being local we needed to get to and from restaurant where event was being held.

Nice relaxing 2 day break everything we wanted. Car parking easy. Meals in adjoining restaurant adequate.

Always welcoming and comfortable stay at Southport Premiere Inn, Janet on Reception is a Star and Martin in. Rewear Fayre Restaurant always smiling and helpful. Breakfast and dinners always deliver x hot and promptly but you don’t feel pressured to leave which is comforting. Enjoyable stay again.

Excellent location Very comfortable rooms Free parking Staff so helpful especially Cameron on reception We asked for a quiet room with a bath and an extra bed and he sorted it out immediately no fuss The hotel is close to the promenade and a couple of minutes from Lord St shops and cafes

Another lovely stay at the Premier Inn Southport. A great location and good parking. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the Reception staff are really helpful and friendly, a special mention to Janet and Amy. The food is lovely at the Brewers Fayre next door and it's always nice to see Martin and Finn. Will be back again later in the year.
