I was nervous about booking this hotel after reading the reviews, but went for it anyway. What a great hotel. We were on a motorbike tour and had been delayed en route, so arrived after reception was supposed to be closed. Not only had they emailed us instructions, but also stayed on later so they were there when we arrived at about 8pm. We didn't get the lady's name but huge thanks to her - we were tired and stressed when we arrived, so it made such a difference for someone to be there. There is parking, but just be aware it's on a hill which can be steep, so make sure you park accordingly on a bike! The room was fairly basic but exactly what we needed - an amazing shower, comfortable beds, air con, and space for motorbike gear. We were in an external block. The only annoying thing is that the bathroom light is on a motion sensor and is very bright, so if you need to go during the night it's quite blinding. We ate at the restaurant for dinner - although expensive, the food was amazing and delicious, and the waitress really friendly with great service. We had breakfast which was also delicious. We only had pastries and fruit, but it was lovely and fresh. We were offered eggs/omelettes. We will definitely stay here next time we're in Spa, perfect for what we needed.

We booked a room in hotel La Reine and went for a day racing in Francorchamps. We returned around 20h and booked a table for 2 in the restaurant. A menu is only possible on Friday and Daturday with a starter and a main course. No problem. We wanted to order the cote a l’os for 2 persons but it was only possible to order it with a starter. We chose the croquettes aux crevettes and then they present us the only available cote a l’os in main course available of 1,3 kg (650 gr each !!!) at the price of € 10/100gr . We asked for some less because we had already the croquettes aux crevettes as a starter. We had both a piece of meat instead that you couldn’t cut with a knife, let’s say you couldn’t even chew in a couple of years. With the complain the simple answer was we had to ask for another better knife !!! Incredible mistake ! We don’t understand the mentioned Gault Millault review ! Quality below zero !!!

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, please. It has a misleading style of selling breakfast, very poor service and staff that is incapable of solving simple problems in a reasonable way. I bought breakfast in advance. Just upon arrival they told me it started at 8:00. I had to check out at 7:15 because of a cycling tour. The service after the incident was very poor aswell. The receptionist was thick and blunt. I had to email the manager myself. The manager didn’t want to refund me. Payed 180,- for one night. And 18,- for breakfast.

The newly built or renovated hotel is functional but lacks the charm of spa. The room we had, in the new block, was charmless. The lighting bright and harsh (you will be blinded going to the bathroom at night), the concrete floor cold and no extra blanket if your feet get cold. The towels are also very thin and feel cheap. There was freely available street parking so why the hotel makes you pay for parking their parking spots seems strange, unless another way to squeeze the wallets of guests. Like the breakfast. It is overpriced at €18 per person. It is basic and lacks freshly sliced vegetables to accompany the hard boiled eggs (kept in the fridge), no natural yogurt - only flavoured, and store bought orange juice poured into a jug. We won’t stay again. We never tried the restaurant so can’t comment.

Super friendly hotel with more than adequate facilities. Nice clean rooms. Parking at a reasonable price. Breakfast OK. Very friendly managers, who do everything they can to make their guests as comfortable as possible.

The person at the reception is very cold and not professional, not even friendly. The rooms are clean but not more, a little expensive for the price/night. On the other hand, the mattresses are very bad which gave us very poor sleep. Nothing worse than that! The hotel restaurant is OK but under the large window it is much too hot even in the evening!

Very good hotel, great rooms, the owners don't skimp on the heating, very friendly welcome, as for the restaurant, just top notch 👌I recommend, plus the hotel-restaurant formula is very pleasant

Decent and clean hotel but no attention to guests: no water in the room, 0 care products, very cold duvet for the season, paid parking space... even though we had a superior suite. Value for money really not the best.

One night in a “comfort”, I suppose, “standard” room with breakfast for €166 For 2 adults on Saturday July 8. However, 2 single beds pushed together to make a large bed. Comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with Italian shower. Nespresso. . The plus: shutters allowing you to be in total darkness. The breakfast is correct for a 3 star. Too bad it is limited until 10 a.m. on weekends.
