The lounge is open 24/7 and offers a wide variety of food, making it the best among all the luxury hotels with executive lounges I've stayed at in Jakarta. The rooms were renovated a few years ago, so everything still looks well-maintained. The staff are polite and provide thoughtful service. Overall, it's highly recommended.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable 3-night stay at Raffles Jakarta to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was flawless. We mentioned the birthday in advance, and the hotel went above and beyond, surprising us with a beautiful cake and birthday song. Miss Rahsya who's checked us was so nice and friendly, duty manager Mr.Miko also very good person. Our room was stunningly big, impeccably clean, and luxuriously comfortable. And the direct access to Lotte Mall makes it super convenient for dining, shopping, and grabbing coffee without ever stepping out into the city traffic. Breakfast at Arts Cafe is phenomenal with everything from fresh pastries to made-to-order specialties. Minor issue, housekeeping was a bit confusing maybe hotel should told to guests when check in about how their HK works. And also we received a message from hotel spa asking about our spa reservation despite we didn't make any reservation with hotel spa, fortunately their response is fast and corrected immediately. Overall we are enjoying our stay and highly recommended if you are looking for an art-filled oasis in the city.

One of the highlights of our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan was definitely the lounge experience. The lounge staff were all fantastic - warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, always greeting guests with a smile and remembering small preferences, which made the experience feel very personal. The service was consistent throughout, whether during breakfast, afternoon tea, or evening cocktails. It really elevated the overall stay and made us feel well taken care of. A big thank you to the lounge team for their exceptional hospitality - we'll definitely be looking forward to coming back. The rooms were another standout feature.. spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax, and everything was kept spotless. Combined with the luxurious amenities, it made unwinding after a long day effortless.

Facilities: The room didn't have a hairdryer; I had to call the front desk for one. It was very low-powered, so it took ages to dry my hair. Cleanliness: It was okay, I guess. The shower pressure was excellent, though. However, the shower gel and shampoo weren't labeled, so it was hard to tell them apart. Environment: The swimming pool was nice, 1.2m deep, and practically empty, which was great. Service: The hotel staff had a good attitude. The hotel's location is fantastic. Lotte Mall is within walking distance, and there's a 24-hour convenience store right outside the hotel, so getting water or snacks was never an issue.

Strategically located very close to the Whoosh (high-speed rail) line. The service is excellent and there's a wide variety of breakfast options.

This was our first hotel in Jakarta with the kids, and overall, it was pretty good. While it might not quite measure up to the Shangri-La, for the price, I think it offers incredible value for money. The kids' play area was decent too. I even saw a staff member meticulously folding towels, which showed a good attention to detail. The only thing I didn't quite understand was why kids weren't allowed in the executive lounge, but thankfully, they opened up a meeting room for us to dine in instead.

We enjoy staying at Manhattan Hotel..Spacious Room n very comfortable bed and pillow..Very friendly manager and all the staff there always greet us with a smilley face❤️ And the food was Super Delicious..And we also enjoying the birthday cake and surprise birthday song for my daughter birthday..Thank you so much and we really appreciate it so much 🤗❤️🥰

Great service. The location might not be the best but with a metro just walking distance and grab available, it is still good.

My room booking was not available. There was only smoking room which I declined. I had to pay to upgrade the room to get a non smoking room. Not a pleasant experience. Cleanliness needs to be improved, some light switches were not functioning. The room was noisy from the traffic outside . Lobby is terrible, not like a lobby area at all.
