GGuest UserGreat location! Our room had a view of the Petronas Twin Towers, and it's right next to Central Park, which is bustling with joggers in the evenings. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the Twin Towers mall, perfect for dining and shopping. It's also not far from Pavilion Mall; you can take an indoor walkway, go downstairs, follow the passage with Starbucks, pass the aquarium, and then go upstairs. Once outside, turn right, go up the skybridge, follow the signs, and in about 15 minutes, you'll reach the 3rd floor of Pavilion. The room was clean and tidy, and it even had a sofa you could fully recline on. I'm deducting 0.5 points because on our first day, when we arrived at the hotel and were getting our luggage out of the car, the doorman didn't offer any assistance, whether he didn't see us or for some other reason. It's worth noting that when we left the hotel, a different doorman proactively helped us.

The room was spotless, and the quality of the furnishings and appliances was exceptional. Every detail reflected thoughtful design, with premium branded appliances throughout the room.
The room was spacious and well-equipped, including a washing machine, making it feel more like a comfortable home than a typical hotel room. The furniture was both stylish and comfortable, adding to the overall luxurious atmosphere.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. There were so many choices available that it was difficult to decide what to eat each morning.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable staycation. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay.

Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur is located next to Hilton Kuala Lumpur in Kuala Lumpur, and is also one of the best choices as the hotel is situated at KL Sentral, where main transportation facilities such as LRT, MRT, monorail, KTM Komuter, and ERL are available to explore the city of Kuala Lumpur and railway routes across Peninsular Malaysia, as well as the ERL route to KLIA airport. Le Méridien is suitable for family stays, business travel, or a temporary stop to continue a flight or explore Malaysia

The lobby area is spacious and beautiful, and guests are given complimentary coffee coupons that can be redeemed at the lobby café. The room is clean and has no unpleasant smell. The lighting and cool air conditioning create a comfortable environment for a good night’s sleep. The room faces the swimming pool and partially overlooks Tasik Perdana, with a beautiful partial greenery view of Kuala Lumpur, both at night and during the day, suitable for relaxing while enjoying the scenery. There are 2 TVs (not smart TVs) in the living room and bedroom with local and international channels. Other facilities include a working desk with nice room decoration and a small radio with an alarm clock beside the bed. The bathroom has strong water pressure with a rain shower, and includes a separate toilet, bathroom, and bathtub with 2 sinks, which is quite good.
Parking facilities are shared with Hilton hotel with a reasonable charge for guests, and valet service is also provided. There is a Le Méridien saltwater swimming pool with a suitable depth for both children and adults, and the swimming pool with slides and waterfall at Hilton hotel (shared facilities) can also be used, pool open from 6am until 11pm, which is suitable for family vacations with children. The gym, chess, carrom, snake and ladder games, and sauna are located at Hilton hotel and shared with Le Méridien, which is quite interesting. Guests can also enjoy restaurants at Hilton, NU Sentral, and KL Sentral, but Le Méridien itself provides several very good dining options.
Breakfast offers a wide variety of food including local, Chinese, Indian, salad bar, local fruits, and Western options, along with a spacious dining area without the need to wait for a table.
In my opinion, Le Méridien is one of the best hotels for family-friendly stays, temporary transit, and business travel. The friendliness and service provided by the staff make guests feel appreciated.

GGuest UserSpecifically went to check out this Malaysian national treasure historical hotel, and the overall stay far exceeded my expectations. The entire building is a colonial landmark preserved from the 1920s. After restoration, it perfectly retains details like archways, vintage sconces, and an antique elevator. Walking through the long corridors feels like stepping back into the old Nanyang era. We stayed in a Tower Wing suite; the separate living and sleeping areas offered ample space, there were plenty of charging outlets, and the toiletries were high-quality. The bathroom lighting was soft, which was great for putting on makeup.

LLOW DE KANGOverall, I would still rate this hotel as a five star experience. Special thanks to Wawa and Julia for their excellent service, they truly made a difference.
For improvement, I’d like to share a few suggestions:
The tea section and wine section could be improved. At night, the air conditioning was not cool enough, which made the area feel a bit uncomfortable. Because of this, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes. Also, the wine section operating hours until 11:00 PM felt a bit short.

KKarinongThe check in was fast and easy, we got our room at level 15, the view is nice. The hotel is so nice to provide unlimited drinking water in the room, usually hotel will limited the number of drinking water so far even the other 5 star hotel in KL also didn’t provide unlimited drinking water. As we likes to drink plain water so this is an added point for us.
Even the drinks in the fridge is free! Very seldom hotel will provide soft drinks for free usually is chargeable. Is small gesture and it does makes my kids happy. We enjoy our 3 nights stay there and my kids had a lot of fun in the pool.

They kindly arranged an early check-in for me, which was a big plus! The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of choices, including fresh-squeezed juice. The dining area wasn't crowded, and the atmosphere was pleasant. You can definitely feel the service standards of a long-standing Sheraton hotel. The downsides are that the hotel is a bit old, the shower drain was slow, causing water to pool, and I found a lot of small ants on the bathroom sink. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they would arrange for pest control.

QQixingfangzhuWe're pretty picky, and we stayed here for the Sammi Cheng concert. The hotel service was absolutely top-notch, fantastic! The only minor hiccup was a slight communication issue between the booking agent and the hotel, which delayed our check-in by about 30 minutes. However, both Trip.com and the hotel offered compensation, which was appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was absolutely no noise, which was a definite improvement over the Guangzhou Four Seasons. The room was also impeccably clean and tidy – a big shout-out to the cleaning staff! I'll definitely try to choose Four Seasons for my future travels.
