The hotel environment is beautiful. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant once before, and I wanted to experience it once. The location of the restaurant is great, the view is expansive, the autumn scenery is beautiful, and the meal is also very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. The room I booked has two balconies with beautiful views on both sides. The attitude of the service staff is very good, and the service is very considerate and meticulous. Very recommended to stay.

I was booked into one of the Villa Suites, and it was an experience in itself. Every detail from the plush furnishings to the serene garden views contributed to a sense of effortless relaxation. It truly felt like a private sanctuary. The service throughout my stay was impeccable. Staff members were warm, attentive, and intuitive without ever being intrusive. Whether it was assistance with luggage, dining recommendations, or simply a friendly check‑in to ensure everything was perfect, the team consistently delivered with professionalism and charm. This hotel is was definitely one of my favorite stays. I made my booking around 7pm for a stay later that same night, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. The rooms are impeccably clean and wonderfully spacious, easily ranking among the best hotel accommodations I've experienced during my visits to Johannesburg. The attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort is evident in every aspect of this wonderful establishment. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the well-appointed, comfortable rooms, this hotel has exceeded my expectations and solidified its position as one of my top preferred places to stay in the city. Although bathrooms may need a bit of an upgrade, I am confident that I will be returning to this hotel on my future visits to Johannesburg.

I loved everything about this hotel. I got drinks menu on arrival which was served free of charge, wasn’t expecting that in South Africa🤪🤪 Check in was super quicknand smooth, beautiful room with proper amenities. The hotel is in a good location sorrounded by nature. The services was 10/10, with super friendly and helful staff. I was impressed by the breakfast options and the restaurant itself….stunning and aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t like their cocktails menu🥺🥺 they don’t have classic ones. 90% of their cocktails are made with sminorf 18/18 which isn’t cool. Overall, this is a great hotel and would definitely come back!

The hotel has spacious public spaces and a wide variety of meeting rooms to support different meeting needs. The rooms are clean and tidy, but the space is slightly small. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Breakfast is a regular Western breakfast with a reasonable variety and quantity.

The hotel was located in a central location. Its near a big shopping. The room was clean and thoroughly clean daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When staying there, have dinner at Aurum at least once. It's a restaurant with good food great ambience and service.

This hotel has lived 3 times. The quality of the environment and the interior and exterior of the room, did not have to say, very good. The beer cola in the refrigerator is free of charge and is free to drink. The path inside the high ball is free to go. But very long. Go back and forth at least 3 kilometers. The only problem is that the breakfast is all Western. Coffee black tea bread, bacon ham, etc., only mushrooms and fried tomatoes. . . The service can't talk about anything, the reception desk is very friendly and polite. Going to the spa center, there is only a sauna room, no big pool, or a bathtub in the room.

Convenient for late arrival at Lanseria. Breakfast is delicious. Safe parking. Clean, comfortable room.

Quite basic for the price and the aircon was not working so the room was really cold. They tried to organise a heater for me, but it was a very small heater and I think that they should have checked the aircon before I checked in.
