Pretty place It was a really nice experience to stay there. The owners are pretty polite, location is quite good. Housekeepers came daily. Thank you for everything. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay! Everything was spotless and so comfortable. Loved the thoughtful touches like Apivita products and bottled water in the fridge. The hosts were wonderful and even did a load of washing for me. Could not recommend Niriides Guesthouse more highly!

Niriides was the perfect place for my wife and toddler. It was clean, quiet, but close to everything, starting less than a block away. And the management was top notch! We WILL be back!

Lovely private patio My room on the ground floor behind the main staircase had a private patio with a table and 4 chairs. The patio was shady during most of the day due to being surrounded by high buildings: this was very welcome as the weather was incredibly hot and the sun very strong. A well appointed, comfortable room, with a very comfy bed. My one criticism would be not enough lighting, so doing makeup in the mirror was difficult.

Absolutely loved my stay! The host was amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-organized, making the whole experience feel relaxing and easy. Highly recommend!

I enjoy every moment of our stay. The owner was very polite and helpful at any moment. The room was very nice. The location was 5 minutes from the port of Spetses. WiFi always available and with strong signal. We will certainly come back again.

Lovely stay at Niirides! Very excellent stay at Niirides! Such great hosts sharing recommendations for trips around the Island! Also, lovely breakfast was served at their patio!
