This is my 3rd stay here and once again the team here does not disappoint! They have been exceptionally helpful and have shown great hospitality during each one of them. I look forward to returning and staying here again. Thanks again team for all your support!

Great hotel with awesome service and very friendly and supportive staff. Everything is well thought out. The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. This is the place you want to stay in Speyer. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel !!!

The dedication to their vision of providing “a hotel with heart”, passion for excellence, and ease shines through as well as their friendly, top-notch staff. Secure, clean living spaces, wonderful back garden. Understated luxury. Great for tour biking with access to bike storage, paths, and nature. Shopping, gym, restaurants are walking distance. Kids and small dogs are welcome. Near the heart of Speyer, access to public transit and autobahn, 1 hour to FRA airport (early am) Room highlights: The breakfast room, which is impeccably classy with experienced staff provides an amazing array of local vittles. Rooms; comfortable, roomy, with desk space, Internet access, A/C, Nespresso coffee/hot water pot & tea, small refrigerator, dark, quiet.

I really like this hotel. It's out of the main city centre, a 20-minute cycle ride into town, or a 12-minute walk to the train station, Speyer Nord-West, and then one stop to Speyer main station. It's on the main road, but I had a very quiet room at the back. The breakfasts are superb, plenty of choice and variety. I opted for a superior room, which was well-appointed and had a microwave, fridge and cloakroom area. It was spacious and very comfortable. I had glorious weather, so being away from the busy town centre was an advantage, and I could walk or cycle without problems. There's also a bus stop outside the hotel, which I think links with the train station and town centre. This hotel is part of the Bett & Bike scheme, which means there are lock-up facilities for bikes. The hotel does rent city bikes, and I think there are plans to offer electric bikes. The city bike options were very limited when I was there, and are not intended for distance. Although there are many wonderful bike trails that cross Speyer, the city bike is not designed for long distance journeys.

Always 1st class. Lots of money been spent on this hotel and staff always friendly. Breakfast has a vast amount of choices to cater for all. Always a pleasure to stop here and see Christian and his staff

In the very beautiful city of Speyer, I stayed in a managed flat by Hotel Am Wartturm, excellent location in the center of Altstadt, close to Rhein strand and to bahnhof. Excellent service and a welcoming team. It was a wonderful time. I strongly recommend staying with Hotel Am Wartturm team.

Zeer gezellig en comfi familie-hotel waar iedereen zijn best doet om alles perfect en zeer comfortabel te laten verlopen. Proper, modern, maar ook eenvoudig; lokale maxibar ipv. op elke kamer een minibar, enz... Zeer goede ervaring...! Wij komen zeker terug...!

Gute Lage. Parkplatzangebot etwas knapp bemessen. Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal.

freundlich, sauber, hilfsbereit . Es wird auch auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet. Auf Emails wird umgehend geantwortet. Die Lage direkt an der Straße ist bei geschlossenem Fenster i.O., bei geöffnetem aber zu laut. Es stehen Fahrräder zum Verleih bereit

Prima locatie met gereserveerde plek voor de auto. Ontbijt super, heel smaakvol geserveerd en heerlijke thee.

Super Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer top. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Frühstück - ein Traum. Einzugstermin Kritikpunkt: Die Papierhantücher sind leider zu dünn. Diese Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir sind begeistert.

Ich habe für meinen Mann und mich zwei Nächte im "Hotel am Wartturm" gebucht. Angefangen vom ersten E-Mail-Kontakt mit Herrn Heck bis zum Aufenthalt selbst ist der hervorragende Kundenservice hervorzuheben! Es ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel, was total gelebt wird. Wir fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl - wie zu Hause! Die Mitarbeiterin Jenny und auch alle anderen Mitarbeitenden waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für meinen Mann buchte ich einen Geburtstagskuchen. Dieser war so lecker, vor allem aber wurde sehr liebevoll ein Geburtstagstisch für das Frühstück gerichtet, was einen wunderbaren Start in den Tag ausmachte! Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und absolut sauber - alles tip top! Hygiene ist ganz groß geschrieben und wird auch sehr gläsern dargestellt. Der Sinn für Nachhaltigkeit (z.B. werden grundsätzlich - außer man wünscht es täglich- die Zimmer alle zwei Tage gereinigt) gefiel uns sehr gut. Es war die beste Entscheidung, die zwei Nächte dort zu verbringen. Der 25-minütige Fußweg zur Innenstadt war kein Problem, den nahmen wir sehr gerne in Kauf. Auch mit ÖPNV oder Auto wäre die kurze Fahrt in die Innenstadt ok gewesen. Über das Hotel wurden uns auch nur die besten Restaurants der Stadt empfohlen. Fazit: alles bestens! :-)

Schöne und große Zimmer, alles äußerst angenehm und familiär. Schöner Außen- und Aufenthaltsbereich. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Bei Spätanreise stehen Snacks und Getränke zur Verfügung. Preislich o.k.

Tolles kleines familiengeführtes Hotel. Die Begrüßung bei unserer Anreise was sehr herzlich. Es wird sich zeitgenommen und alles sehr gut erklärt. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und absolut sauber. Das Bad ist einwandfrei. Im Hotel gibt es eine Bar/Teeküche des Vertrauens mit vielen Getränken und Snacks. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, frisch und regional. Immer wird man sehr nett behandelt. Wir buchen dort wieder. Vielen Dank das wir bei Ihnen einen tollen Aufenthalt hatten.
