Wir buchten über eine Hotelplattform ein DZ mit Frühstück für zwei Nächte mit sofortiger Bezahlung. Das Haus und unser Zimmer hatte den Charme der 70er Jahre, war aber auf der Homepage ersichtlich. Eine Weile nach dem Einchecken erfuhren wir von der Besitzerin, die während unseres Aufenthaltes abwesend war, per Telefon, dass die Plattform uns zu wenig berechnet habe und wir für das Frühstück 20,00 Euro nachzahlen sollten an ihren Vertreter. Unsere bezahlte Buchung bestand incl. W-Lan, Parkplatz und Frühstück, wir wollten für das Frühstück nicht nochmal bezahlen und so wurde von der Besitzerin veranlasst, uns kein Frühstück zu geben. Unser Einwand, dass sie diese Sache mit der Plattform zu regeln hätte, wurde von ihr abgewiesen. Das Zimmer war bis auf ein Paar Spinnweben in den Ecken soweit sauber, im Bad war die Dusche mit einem Plastikvorhang abgetrennt. Weniger schön war der Schimmel in den Fliesenfugen der Dusche. Die Matratzen waren total durchgelegen. Diese Erfahrung, Nachzahlen oder Leistungsminderung, machten wir zum erstenmal und wir werden bei der Plattform die Kosten für das Frühstück auswärts einfordern. Es geht nicht um das Geld, es geht um das Prinzip.
