We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel but overall, it was a pleasant stay. Nice and helpful staff. Great price for a decent hotel in Split. However, we still had to climb up the staircase after taking the lift which was a bit inconvenient. Location-wise, it is near to the tourist spot with everything in walking distance. It is just a bit far from the bus station given that uber / taxi cannot be stopped near the hotel. There were a lot of staircase / walking required.

Good stay - unfortunately even though there is a lift, you will still need to go up some stairs to access your room, so not super wheelchair friendly. Otherwise good

Room is nice and cozy. Breakfast is delicious. Most importantly, two lovely ladies in the counter help me a lot!!! My luggage was delayed by the airline and no one could confirm whether I can receive it before checkout. The ladies help me contact the airline and finally I get my luggage at last minute. Really appreciate their help.

I have been charged 23.16 euros in taxes and/or fees when the reservation says that I only have to pay 7.98 euros in municipal tax at the establishment. I request a refund of the difference of 15.18 euros that I have paid by depositing it on the same card that the reservation was charged on. At the request of TripAdvisor.com I will send the invoice that they gave me. The reservation says double bed and it was 2 single beds of 80 cm. The sliding glass door of the bathroom did not have a handle but it did have the hole where it should be. It is very difficult to close the door without getting your fingers caught.

It's only luxury in name. It's true that the location is ideal, but if you go by car it can be inconvenient, as in our case. They advertise parking, but it's 5 minutes from the hotel through an app that you have to download and it's on the street. And on that same street for 12€ a day you can also leave it. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us, but that's very personal, too soft. The breakfast was okay, not much variety, but the space is small, only 7 tables, and if you meet people you have to wait. As an additional note, the elevator doesn't take you to the same floor, you have to climb a flight of stairs, which may be important for people with reduced mobility.
