Marija was fabulous! She is an expert on all things Croatia and had an answer for every one of our many questions. She was so friendly, helpful and kind and seemed to genuinely love her job. Our room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was incredible. We reserved a parking spot ahead of time which is recommended. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the palace.

One of the best places I have stayed in quite a while! Rooms were very nice and comfortable, great bathroom with plenty of hot water, very effective air conditioning. The breakfast was amazing - a tower of goodies for each table and you can order from the kitchen (great omelette). Marija was an excellent host, one of the best - great recommendations and so helpful!

This is a great place to stay! Every member of the staff is friendly and attentive to our needs. The facility is extremely clean, has an amazing breakfast included in the room price. Although it was just a block away from the palace, it was very quiet and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Staff was very warm and welcoming. Helped us park our car. Helped carry suitcases to our room. Explained how to access property after hours. Provided dedicated phone to use. Delicious breakfast presented in an amazing way- could have been a photo shoot

Splendida Hotel was the perfect hotel! It was convenient to Old Town and the staff, especially Maria, went above and beyond to be accommodating. Highly recommend!!!!
