Love this hotel. It is no frills, but they accept dogs, have a great staff, it is clean and is in a great part of town. There is not a ton of parking, but they do have some spots inside their area.

Everthing was really good. I only had 2 minor issues. The body ahampoo was empty in the shower. And i guess there is a trick to get the hair dryer to work, that they should give instruction for.

The concept is great, and the owners did a good job converting an old motel. You can tell they put thought into making the rooms as comfortable and accommodating as possible, but it still had a touch of dinginess. The carpet, for instance, is old and dirty. Overall, we had a fine stay, but I would look for somewhere else to stay if I ever returned to Spokane.

Normally I stay at this hotel even though I'm local to spokane. Always had nothing but good reviews for this place. At my last stay earlier this month, an iPad and a handheld mirror of decent size, that's why I'm going to miss it, was left in the room. Should I have been a better client to double check my room yes. But the fact that it was not reported by housekeeping staff when they clean the room and then the response by management was very disingenuous. Unfortunately now I will have to find another local hotel when I do events downtown. I'm sad to not stay here again due to how things were handled.

The location of the property is good (central). But overall it is somewhat rundown. The room was clean, but it would have been nice to have an extra blanket. The staff were helpful and friendly.
