Camera bellissima e spaziosa, abbiamo usufruito anche del garage, comoda l'ubicazione in centro, ci ha permesso di girare la città col passeggino, vicini anche i Tapis Roulant e gentilissime le operatrici e gli operatori, è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo qui e non sarà l'ultima.

We did not stay at this hotel, however, my friend and I were exhausted and asked to sit down in the outside area, checking at reception if we could order a drink. The two women at reception were less than friendly nor helpful. They spoke to my friend in Italian and said that usually only guests were permitted to sit outside and order a drink, but given that the hotel was without customers we were allowed to sit there and they would take our order. We waited outside for some time whilst they continued their conversation. I went in to ask for a drinks list. I was told quite rudely that they didn’t have one-they only had Prosecco and wine. Beside ghe reception desk, there was a bar which had on display many different spirits and drinks, however, the women on duty weren’t prepared to offer them to us. I asked if we could have a gin and tonic and they finally agreed to this. I then went and sat back at our table. We waited again whilst they continued their conversation and ignored our requests.

The staff is awesome!! Breakfast was really great as were the morning staff! The room is welcoming and clean. Everything I needed was there. I will be back!!!

What a characteristic hotel. All (most) rooms are different and have their own feel. It's a pleasure to stay here. Breakfast is abundant, the hotel staff very helpful and full of excellent restaurant suggestions. Looking forward to come back to this little gem TIP: reserve a carpark spot in their adjacent garage (for a fee)

Horrible staff, incompetent check in, given opposite of what I paid for, argumentative. Scratched my vehicle, sewer smelling bathroom, strobe light fire alam, horrible nasty beds.

L’accoglienza è stata ottima. Personale ospitale, gentilissimo e ineccepibile. Dal servizio colazione alla pulizia delle camere. In aggiunta, le principali attrazioni e luoghi di interesse di Spoleto si trovano davvero a pochi metri dall’hotel. Tornerei più che volentieri

Abbiamo prenotato dal 15 al 17 marzo, due camere doppie uso singola per me ed una mia cara amica, ma ci viene specificato dall'hotel nella mail di conferma che alloggeremo nella dipendence dell'albergo e viste le foto di un certo livello dell'albergo sul loro sito internet, non ce ne siamo preoccupate. Una volta arrivate a spoleto abbiamo avuto lo shock di trovare 2 camere prive di qualsiasi confort, vecchie ed usurate, con macchie sia a terra che sui muri, porte scrostate, scaldabagno arrugginito privo di qualsiasi copertura di sicurezza. Le foto allegate sono la prova inequivocabile di quanto affermiamo. Dopo più di 3 settimane ed innumerevoli telefonate abbiamo ricevuto il rimborso per il soggiorno di cui non abbiamo usufruito ma per aver rovinato la ns vacanza nessuno ci ha reso nulla!!!

Avevamo prenotato per una serata speciale... da un'altra parte! Solo che una volta arrivati la struttura in questione non ci ha dato retta. Chiamato a mezzanotte risponde una persona molto cortese che ci da una camera splendida ad un prezzo molto meglio dell'altra. Abbiamo quindi festeggiato il compleanno nella camera 236. Letto decisamente comodo camera ampia e spaziosa doccia funzionale, pulitissima, personale gentilissimo. Una serata che poteva diventare un disastro si é rivelata una splendida scoperta. Se in zona torneremo sicuro

E' una struttura storica a pochi passi dal centro di Spoleto. Ambiente informale ma un pò datato, camere spartane ma comode, pulite; colazione un pò scarsa. Necessità di un intervento di ristrutturazione per adeguarlo ai tempi correnti. Un plauso alla professionalità e cortesia di Cristiana receptionista e padrona di casa di gran pregio.
