The hotel is located on a hill. Imagine dragging your luggage uphill from the train station! 🙈🙈 Alternatively, you can take a detour that adds about ten minutes to avoid the climb. However, the hotel itself is excellent, with private balconies, an outdoor pool, and a great breakfast. There's a bus stop right outside, making it convenient to get anywhere, though expect a lot of uphill and downhill walks.

We had a great stay at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. The location is excellent and super convenient. It is within easy reach of train stations and bus stops. A free city bus stop is located just downstairs from the hotel, which made it really easy to go into town for a leisurely city walk. The room and hotel premises were spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Would happily come back.

I book room with breakfast,but when I check in the staff tell me that not include breakfast.she insists that I not solve my problem.

I have stayed 3 nights , I asked was a quiet room because i was tired, day 1 i was wake up at 7 by construction work in front of the hotel, the second day i changed room and i was put next to a family with 3 kids always crying before 7am...i changed room a 3rd time and it was okay. I also got one of my bra "lost" in the room. For the price and hotel, my stay was quite a deception... the hotel is located next to a very nice park.

The hotel is not far from the train station, about a 10-minute walk. The breakfast was average. The room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony. We stayed for 3 nights. There was some construction noise from the empty lot next door, and there are no shops right beside the hotel.

The hotel was clean and the service was very good. The blonde lady who checked me in was so friendly. There is also a patio and it was very clean. The hotel is on a large hill. Unfortunately when I stayed there was a lot of construction at nearby Roma Station, including overnight construction until the end of August. This is not the hotel's fault obviously but be aware.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. On the first day, I arrived early and asked for an early check-in, which was great because I could get into the room a bit sooner. However, there was construction happening right outside the balcony of the first room we got, which caused some noise. When I mentioned this, they were able to change our room the very next day. The service was excellent. They cleaned the room daily, so we had a pleasant and clean stay. The hotel wasn't far from the city hall area, but it was uphill, which was a bit tiring.
