Zion Sage Suites

Zion Sage Suites is a dream! The view alone is reason enough to stay, floor to ceiling windows and near panoramic views . The tastefully updated space accommodated my family over Thanksgiving and we could not have been happier to call it home for the week. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great central location outside of Zion. We were able to walk to everything from coffee, restaurants, and shops in Springdale. Don’t miss this spot!

We stayed at Sage Suites for a girls weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The design of the property is so stunning, the location, everything……so good!!!! Highly recommend!

Zion Sage Suites in Springdale is just absolutely amazing!! Everything about our stay was perfect. Owners went all out when building this property, including high-end fully stocked kitchen, great bathrooms, amazing sliding rear doors that open the entire rear of the house up and the list keeps going! Our unit had 2 bedrooms each with their private balcony/deck area. We also had a totally private backyard with a hot tub and fantastic table/chairs set and grill. We are well traveled but I have to say this was the best rental we have ever stayed at! We also love trying local restaurants, however, since the backyard area was so nice we decided to stay in and barbecue! Of course it’s also super close to Zion and all the area attractions including equipment rentals…. We will definitely be back thanks again!!

Beautiful new condo, fully equipped with everything you need got a lovely stay. 2 lanais, one with a hot tub. Full kitchen and laundry. Close access to Zion in the middle if town. Great views of the mountains from every window. Doubt there are better accommodations in Springdale.

Wow. 100% the best holiday rental I have ever stopped in. My wife and I were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary in Las Vegas when we took a night off to come here. The change of pace in Springdale is about as opposite as you can get to Vegas and it truly was the relaxation we needed. Of course the photos are amazing on the listing but I was convinced that all the high reviews were due to the views. The views are no doubt amazing and hard to process as real as someone from a major city in England, but the actual rental itself is just brilliant. The architecture and design to allow the views needs to be commended. The space is actually far bigger than I expected, we allocated ourselves a morning balcony to enjoy the views with croissants and coffee from Farmstead down the road and then switched for the evening balcony for the hot tub and a few drinks. The soft touches are beautiful and so much thought and attention has gone into this place to make it feel like a home from home as opposed to somewhere dedicated to short stays. (I would live there in a heartbeat and should a lottery win happen they can expect a private bid). We had such an exciting trip planned for our return to Vegas but we have truly never been so gutted to leave a hotel or rental as we were for this one and left it to near enough the exact minute for checkout time. The person I had interaction with regarding the booking was absolutely brilliant from the get go, so personable and provided us with some fantastic recommendations for food drinks and conveniences. I condemn all UK airlines for not flying directly into St George Airport as I would likely come here a few times a year, staying specifically at Zion Sage Suites if they did!

My fiancé and I have visited Zion every year for the last 5 years and this trip was the most perfect and relaxing trip because of Zion Sage Suites. I've been to many hotels, airbnb's, boutique hotels and I can say with complete confidence that Zion Sage Suites is the most stunning, comfortable, and relaxing place I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. This home goes above and beyond with everything. The views are incredible, the furniture and decor is so serene and calming, the kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook (top quality kitchenware, utensils, full BBQ cookware, spice rack, even the little things like Tupperware, measuring cups, cutting boards, EVERYTHING), full coffee bar, stunning bathrooms and showers, hot tub and BBQ grill, boardgames and puzzles, walk in closets with Graco baby items if needed. Everything about this place is luxurious and SO well thought out. It was so nice to stay in a place that felt like HOME after a long day of exploring. We loved ending every day relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the views following a short walk to dinner as it is located on the main street close to all the restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, and tour company! Usually our trips to Zion involve exploring and hiking with little relaxation. Zion Sage Suites provided the relaxing "vacation" feel that our adventurous trips sometimes lack. We will 100% be back.

The most breathtaking stay and experience! My husband and I love to travel and stay in beautiful places but I’m very particular! I always am a stickler for top notch cleanliness over anything else! I find it hard for me to even relax at hotels or other air b&b homes because it’s not home and I just can’t ever feel comfortable! WELL let me tell you this I’ve never felt not only like I was staying at absolute 5 star quality of a home but also like I was home! It was the cleanest place by far we have ever stayed and made me feel so cozy and at peace! I was ready to just fully want to move in! Absolutely stunning views! Watching deer morning and night around the property was magical! You are close to all the yummiest restaurants and all your adventure needs are calling with Zion as your playground 5 minutes from the home! Hands down the best experience with staying somewhere! The amenities were 5 star and imagine hiking all day coming home getting a wine tasting from a local winery literally right next to where you are staying! The yummiest wine and the nicest staff to educate you! Then heading up for a hot tub soak as you watch the stars come out and the moon start to rise over the mountains! It’s truly perfection! Zion Sage suites you have truly out down yourselves! We will be back! 10 stars in my book!

The attention to detail is incredible. Each space is so luxurious, I wanted to move in. I even took photos of the decor to buy for my own home because the interior decorator did such an incredible job. The perfect place to stay as it's so centrally located. From the winery downstairs, an e-bike rental shop across the street, Feellove Coffee across the street with the best breakfast, pastries, and burritos, and a speakeasy in the same building across the street that stays open late, it's the perfect space! We were all impressed with the attention to detail- all the way down to the Master Chef knives. There wasn't a corner that didn't feel luxurious, beautiful, and useful. They even have a (very, very nice) washer & dryer for you to use!
