Could not be accommodated for simple room request during check-in. Had a double bed room and one of the beds was dirty with a stain that looked like blood. Truly disgusting. Asked for a late check-out and was given until 12:30pm and did just that. Found out that Poppy (I believe that was her name) did not put the info into the system so when I was checking out I was told I was charged for an additional day. Spoke to rudely by front desk even though it was their fault and I showed proof of the call and time I was on the phone. Manager came out to apologize about this as well as having staff enter my room and mess with my belongings. Gave me her word that the credit would be immediately put back on to my cc in a few hours max. 12 hours later and the extra charge is still on my credit card. Never again will I stay at a Hampton Inn and one that charges as much as a high end hotel.

The hotel is well-furnished, and the staff there are really nice! The hotel breakfast was great, and they gave out snack bags and fruit for guests for their road trips!

The price-performance ratio is very low. While it's conveniently located near the park for sunrise and sunset viewing, the hotel's environment and facilities deserve at most 3 stars. It's very average. Parking costs $20 per night; Ctrip was very helpful and compensated me after confirming the information, but the hotel itself is truly exceptionally poor value for money.

The hotel is located near the attractions, in a convenient town with plenty of restaurants. The surrounding scenery is even better than the photos suggest, making it a worthwhile place for a short stay and vacation.

The location of the hotel is good, and you can enjoy the beautiful "Rizhao Jinshan" from the parking lot behind. However, the wireless network needs to be upgraded. The WiFi is intermittent and I constantly need to log in again. A 20-minute video may be interrupted twice, making it impossible to handle important matters.

Convenient location, free shuttle at the door. The rooms are old, especially the one we stayed in, the bathroom sliding door is broken. The hotel charges $10 per night for parking by default

It's right next to the scenic spot. You can stay here when you get tired after leaving the scenic spot. There is a very good Italian restaurant next to it. The hotel is very quiet. You can continue to watch the mountain scenery while having breakfast. If you are traveling, you can also wash your clothes here. Take a rest and have a very good stay experience

The environment is very good and the location is very convenient. The room is relatively simple, and most importantly, the soundproofing of the room we stayed in is very poor, and we can hear the slightest movement and conversation upstairs. The room and environment are very nice! You can come down and rest after hiking in Zion.
