Motel 6 Springfield, IL

There were roaches, the attendant on duty was outside on his phone while guests were at the desk waiting for him.

Had random man knock on my door saying he was looking for the person that checked in the prior day. There was a wash cloth left outside my door. Across the hall people were arguing loudly.Outside doors were not secure and didn’t need a key to access building. 2 females were arguing about walking their dogs. Staff was barely seen.

Yup.. I’m good in his place- motel6 .. when times are hard at least we get to hear people that have it harder than us .. plus staff people are amazing, especially the manager in the morning, I don’t know her name but she’s been working in this place for 20 some years and she is very professional and overall a good person.. fixing the washer was a big help , BUT I spent 4 bucks in the dryer and still have to dry my clothes in the heater in my room…but is not a big deal, . I’m happy here and that is what matters.. thanks to few staff members and the good rates in the web… 🙌

Definitely not the best rooms; no bugs we saw, but the beds were difficult to sleep on. The bathtub and shower were not clean

Do you like bed bugs? Do you like a place to stay reeking of smoke? We have stayed at Motel 6's over the years, and although they are not fancy by any means, they were normally clean. This was the worst ever.

The room was clean but there's like zero vent in the bathroom which when taking a hot shower condensation is horrible... Could do better.
