This propery definitely not up to the standard of Marriott. Both hardware and software. Especially the management. They have single layer timber floor on one of their wing. Got waken up when guest above your room walking. Just Walking. The heating system is not functioning in "Winter Time". When we approach the staff, they say they can not get their technician to come in. Don't have "Basic Essential Support". They do agree to change room. However, after a few rooms and hours later, we were back to the same room as None of their remaining rooms has properly functioning heating unit. Don't have stand-alone heating unit too. So have to spend the night in the cold. They do offer extra blankets. Hardly enough for Marriott standard.
The wrose is yet to come.
The next day when we approached the manager about the situation. She make all kind of excuses and state that this is what they can offer and if we can not accept it we should check out and go somewhere else. Which is fine with us. BUT we already paid for the rooms for the next 3 days so we requested a refund. She said NO NO. So I ask to speak to her superior. She said NO NO again. She said she is the BOSS. Countyard by Marriott ?????
