The room is spacious. Clean. However, the air-conditioning wasn't cold even though the temp was set at 17 degrees Celsius. The worst part was the water pressure in the bathroom, very slow.

The facilities are adequate for solo traveler but make sure you bring your own tooth brush. Location wise is very convenient to few eateries within walking distance including halal.
