What a memorable trip. In the placid waters of the Nigeen lake, New York houseboat rests away from the hustle bustle. Luxurious and comfortable, Shoaib ,the person incharge, makes sure to fulfill all of our wishes! The owner, elegant Mr Shamim Shaw, ensured that we were very well looked after. I recommend New York houseboat to every visitor to Srinagar who wants value for money in the serenity of the Lake Nigeen

Everything about this property; the service; the rooms; the food;the hospitality were absolutely on point. Mr shoaib and his boys were available at all calls and have helped us with our stay flawlessly. Looking fwd to visit again. Cheers 🥂

good boat on the lake very peaceful and food was tasty. it is on nag in lake next to dal lake. able to see birds next to the next and very beautiful in the morning . decor and furnishings are also very nice . chef and workers were very courteous and helpful

Very good experience, be the food , be the hospitality, be the people, everything was top notch… Room ambience, comfort was the best… would highly recommend any one who wants to visit Kashmir should experience this luxurious stay at NEW YORK HOUSE BOAT.

It's a great experience with good hospitality and facilities. It's a small boathouse of 3 rooms at Nigeen Lake. A Shikara ride after the sunset was an amazing experience with awesome food and service. A highly recommended place for anyone and must experience during the Srinagar trip.

My family and I visited New York house boat for a 4 nights holiday. We witnessed true Kashmiri hospitality and warmth. The luxurious rooms and atmosphere made my family feel at home and pampered. Food was customised as per our preference and in authentic Kashmiri style. The staff of the boat house, especially mentioning Mr. Shoaib made sure we were comfortable at all times and toped our royalty experience. The cleanliness was top notch. Thank you for your hospitality. We look forward to our next visit.

It’s a beautiful boathouse with all the aesthetics complimenting the state. It was a leisure stay and we had a great host Shoaib who was beyond just hospitable. The views in and around the property are mesmerising and it was indeed a blissful stay.

Celebrated New Year 24 with friends and family...what a amazing experience....just too too gud...the hospitality and amenities were one of the best ever experienced...Shoaib bhai, the caretaker took personal interest in guiding us at each and every step and ensured a memorable trip for us...thanks a lot Shoaib for everything.....would love to visit again and again and again

Best 5 star houseboat with superb service. Number one in location, food, hospitality,room service. Food is delicious. Awesome location. Hospitality by Mr Shoaib is superb. If you want to feel Royal five star experience than must stay in New York Houseboat.
