This hotel had multiple problems. Let me start with the most critical one. We visited this place in December, the expected minimum the night we stayed in the hotel was -2°, we had to brave this cold with a non functioning central heating system, and this was for the entire floor, not just one room. However, central heating was working on the floor above is, which had the suite rooms. On asking the maintenance team the reason behind this, we were told that the heating equipment was old and lacked the capacity to heat all floor, so our floor heat was turned off. Imagine a hotel management callous enough to let a whole floor sleep in this cold. Then comes the bathrooms - they had malfunctioning ventilation and were constantly stinking. It was so bad, we did not use the bathrooms for a whole night The third issue was with the dinner and breakfast arrangements - if you have chosen the MAP package, please be prepared to be treated like cattle. You will not be served in the restaurant, but you will have to reach a separate bare room with insufficient tables and food kept in a corner. Be prepared to play musical chairs with other diners if you want to sit and eat. The final bolt on this coffin - while the hotel promised free wifiit is with ridiculously low bandwidth and speds, and would get disconnected every few seconds, so there is literally nothing you can do to distract yourself from the cold and hunger and discomfort of not having used the facilities. They had not subscribed to any satellite service so you were not limited to whatever free-to-air channels were on TV until the cold sapped your energy and sent you to sleep.
