Hotel The Kabo

Everything is very good in this hotel, the rooms are big and spacious n clean... Also the hospitality is very good. The staff at restaurant is very good and always on their toes for any needs. Early morning for my kid also they gave us milk at 5 am that also din charge for kid anytime. Mr Firoz n ijaz t the restaurant were on our service at the restaurant always. All staff too good. Mr Gohar the captain also took care of everything. Also too mention the cafe n sheesha bar on terrace is amazing place to sit in evening... Surely will visit again when at srinagar..

Very nice service in room as well as restaurant. Food is also good. There staff in the restaurant are very friendly and helping. And among the restaurant staff Mr. Firoz gave us the best service. We also tried there mutton ro***tic josh at there cafe ababeel which is at ground floor,it was delicious.

The hotel is beautiful and been maintained properly the overall rooms and facilities are good the staff is also well behaved and trained specially Feroz The hotel was very good and the food is also best we had good time as a family in this hotel and will surely come back

It has been a wonderful stay at the Kabo.. The food is awesome and they also keep kashmiri dishes too which for me was the best part. Feroz at restaurant and other housekeeping staff was humble and good. My kid also loved the towel elephant art that was made in the room as a surprise. good service hospitality was provided by all staff members.

Amazing, hotel has everything especially. Captain gauhar was very kind. U get hair drier and even iron 4 ur clothes. Rooms were big and location is centre of city making it convinent to walk and explore the city. Dul lake is also near. All brands r near

Good stay, good food. It's a good option for a night. We stayed at the suite and it is very spacious. It's a good business hotel and had all that one needs on a quick visit. It's no frills like pool gym etc so It's well focussed on quick and efficient service. The food is excellent. It is located in a residential cum commercial area and works if one has business in Srinagar.

The Kabo has the potential to be an absolute gem in the heart of Srinagar. The rooms are ornately decorated, the food is diverse and delicious, and the staff cared for us as if we were their own family. That being said, we stayed in April and the hotel ***agement refused to turn on the cooling system of the A/C for longer than 15 minutes once or twice a night, advising us to instead open the windows, which allowed ***y mosquitoes in. We endured this, and the frequent power outages, all for the unbelievably pristine service offered by Gowhar and his staff in the dining area on the 5th floor. He recommended places to visit in Doodhpathri, made sure he coordinated a la carte orders for every table in a packed dining room, all the while still serving everyone himself, even while he has a leadership position. Gowhar single-handedly inspired us to endure the other issues at the Kabo, because he welcomed us every night and spoke with us as if we were long time friends, not just guests. The Kabo is lucky to have him.

Gowhar took care of us very professionally and was very approachable. If it was not Gowhar and the food and the services provided during the breakfast and dinner we wouldn't have stayed for 3 nights. Hotel room ambience was average and rooms were felt like sauna in the night. Upon repeatedly requesting for AC, the staff turned off the request, saying it's not possible as the Hotel is in central heating mode.
