Vinnca Woodvillas Beachfront Resort

We planned a group family trip to shrivardhan, booked 10rooms for 2days. Its a beautiful beach & hotel location is superb. But it is mis ***aged but arrogant,illbehaved, ***ner less property ***ager name sachin. Rooms are below average, it was leaking all over when it rains. U will not get anything in room other than 2 shampoo & soap pouch. However,the restaurant staff are very cooperative. Around 12 in the night Mr. Sachin under influence of alchohol came over to restaurant where we all were having dinner (*****with kids) and asked us to stop making noise. He started abusing us and switched off the lights and took away our dinner plates. We were asked to check out in the night with our parents & kids. During all this while the restaurant staff told us Mr sachin is arrogant and they go thru it everyday and staff keeps on changing due to his behaviour. We were carrying mutton and paid charges for getting it cooked,and Mr. Sachin had audacity to eat mutton without informing us. We checked out next day paid hotel & food for which Mr. Sachin did not give us proper bill. I wonder how this beautiful property is wasted due to wrongly ***aged people & insist the owner of the property step in and check the current situation. Would never ever recommend anyone as we have been thru nigh**are.

Property Location is good. It is literally 2-3 mins walk from Srivardhan beach, one of the beautiful and clean beaches in Konkan region. Staff is polite and very helpful. Food is very tasty. Make sure for Lunch or Dinner, you instruct them at least 1-2 hours before as sometimes they need to buy some stuff from the market. Chef was very helpful. As we were traveling with toddler, we made some special requests and he was happy to prepare food accordingly. They have a small swimming pool also ***** with hammocks. I am deducting one star as we found property was bit under maintained which ***agement needs to look into. Otherwise, overall good place to stay.
