No12 Bed and Breakfast, St Andrews

No12 Bed & Breakfast was absolutely fabulous! it's in close proximity to the beach and clear access to the sights in St. Andrews. Pam is so knowledgeable of the area and knows everyone! She helped me with getting taxis and choosing restaurants. I lost my phone while in St. Andrews and Pam took the extra time to find it and send it to me at my next destination. I can't wait to go back. Absolute best accommodations especially for a solo traveler.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Pam was friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. We could see the sea from our bedroom window. It is a little far to the centre of town, so if you don't have a car, be prepared.

Location was great - lovely view and no more than a 5-10 min walk to the center of St Andrews. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Our host was attentive, friendly and wanted to help us make sure our experience was perfect. The breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend!

A beautiful, up-to-date B&B with an outstanding view of the water in a location far enough from the middle of town for a calm, quiet stay but close enough to easily walk to town, the coast and all the historic sites. Pam has great local knowledge to provide guidance on anything you might need. An excellent breakfast, a welcoming hostess in Pam and two friendly dogs made this a stay to remember.

A spotless B & B hosted by a Scottish gem, Pam. Great views and delicious breakfast. Easy walk to town centre and the Old Course and Himalayas. Very enjoyable and can't wait to visit again.

Spent five days in St. Andrew’s at the No. 12 B & B. Our host Pam, was lovely. She had great suggestions on where to eat & even helped us secure reservations. We had a freshly made breakfast daily. The location is a short walk to town & out of the fray so nice & quiet. It was convenient to the golf courses as well as the Fife Coastal Walk. Highly recommend.
