Hotel du Vin, St Andrews

Staff went above and beyound to help disabled guest. Even offered to move staff cars if need be for us to have a place. Barstaff was polient and effective and reception team helpful patient and effective.

Lovely stay. Walked in to a warm and welcoming staff that was helpful from beginning to end. I can't say enough kind things. The room was clean and very nice and the location was perfect.

Excellent location, lovely and cosy hotel, across the beach for a cold water swim in the morning, and walk over the road to the Old Course, and a short walk into town to see everything. Can't ask for more than that.

Kind staff, beautiful property inside/out, solid breakfast, walkable location and parking nearby which is very hard to find in the area.

Lovely clean room and hotel. Breakfast service very slow and disorganised - despite booking a time for breakfast in advance, no table was available for us. Very slow to take orders and serve breakfast which was not worth the wait or the cost in any event. Overcooked eggs, tasteless sausage, dry black pudding and nothing was particularly warm. Bacon was lovely though.

Very welcoming staff. 'Comay' room was spacious though rear view not pretty. Tasty breakfast though service a little patchy
