Staff were wonderful..from Denise, Ariel, Jermaine, the ones who made the smoothies to the ones making the paninis as well as the ones who cleaned the rooms!

Everything was excellent! The staff, the food, the drinks the room, the pools etc. We will definitely come back to Cocobay !!!!

Overall a beautiful resort. A few items prevented a 5-star review. The biggest issue is that we never had a hot, or even warm, shower the entire week. The water never changed from an uncomfortable cool temperature which put a bit of a damper on the stay. The food was delicious and for the most part there was a good variety. The exception was breakfast which seemed to be basically the same thing every morning with slight variation. It would have been nice to have some more variety in the morning meals. We had a cottage with private plunge pool but due to the location (very shaded), our pool was freezing so we couldn't use it as much as we wanted. The staff (for the most part) were very nice and friendly and helpful. Again, this place is beautiful with stunning views and a quiet and laid back atmosphere. Just a few hiccups for us but our vacation was still wonderful.

The room was incredible as well as all the amenities. The food was absolutely to die for and compliments to all of the cooking staff/chefs everything was delicious!
