The staff were all very enthusiastic and even recommended local dishes and travel tips.

Great place to stay, fairly convenient location to access most places of interest, has an underground carpark free for guests. Only wishful for the hotel to provide self-service laundry.

Conveniently located in the heart of St Julian. Room is new and water pressure is strong. Lobby area is modern and service at check in and out was fantastic. Pity that the rooftop pool is closed for renovation. One negative complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke on the floor I was on.

Had the best time in Hotel Valentina!! The staff were friendly, most importantly Jelena. She took her time showing us the difference in the rooms available and we were glad to make an upgrade, our rooms were cleaned every single day without requesting cleaning services to do them. Location wise, it was perfect, central to happening spots around St Julian, all within walking distances. The free Prosecco for my birthday and cocktail on arrival was an extra touch. Also, our bags and valuables were safe all through our stay. Overall, an incredible experience!!!! 5 stars across boards 👌🏾🙌🏾

A lovely hotel with great rooms, bed and very tidy and modern in the heart of saint Julians with parking as a bonus. Highly recommend it.

Very kind and clean.

The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and luggage storage was available. It's centrally located near the beach. The breakfast was fantastic and very generous. Rivalletta is also very close, a ten-minute taxi ride away. Cleanliness: Excellent

First, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Second, the room had a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. However, drinking water wasn't provided daily and needed to be purchased separately from the supermarket. The room's soundproofing was poor. Overall, the location was good; there were many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping areas nearby. The only downside was that traffic could be congested during rush hour.

Negative points: • Very poor soundproofing in the rooms. If you're looking for rest, this is probably not the ideal hotel. The soundproofing is very poor: you can hear music, people coming and going in the hallways all night long, doors slamming, and people talking. • Room cleaning could be improved. The rooms are not always cleaned with sufficient care. • Unfriendly reception. The reception staff could be more welcoming and friendly. ⸻ Positive points: • Excellent location. The hotel is very well located for enjoying Paceville and visiting Malta. • Modern and generally clean hotel. • Pleasant rooftop with a pool and bar. • Excellent bedding. The bed is very comfortable and of good quality. ⸻ Conclusion: A mixed experience. This is a good hotel if you're coming to Malta to go out and party with friends, thanks to its location and amenities. However, if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Essentially a 4-star hotel in terms of quality and amenities. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast. You can tell they care about your comfort and ensure everything is perfect. The reception staff was also excellent: they upgraded me to a higher room free of charge because the construction work next door was so noisy. They also gave me invaluable travel tips, saving me a lot of time planning my trip (Gozo, Medina, western fishing village). Evening food delivery was no problem; reception called immediately (I was stuck in my room during the rain). The breakfast was good, the coffee was good, and the espresso was perfectly drinkable. The hotel is practically 100 meters from the water (Portomaso, an upscale area with the Hilton and other hotels), and the nightlife is right around the corner. Highly recommended!
