"This is probably the best place to stay in Malta. The amnesties are very good, clean and the staff, especially Rishant, made all the difference. He was incredibly helpful and kind patiently answering all my questions and giving me some great recommendations. The rooftop bar is amazing too with the stunning views, delicious drinks and heated pool. Unfortunately, it’s still a bit chilly. Definitely worth to recommend for travelers alike."

"During check-in, I was informed that if I booked breakfast in advance, it would cost €22 per person, whereas the price would be €25 per person without prior reservation. Based on this information, I decided to reserve breakfast for the first day of my two-night stay at the rate of €22 per person. However, upon checking out, I noticed that I had been charged €25 instead. When I pointed this out to the front desk staff, Ms. FACO, and explained that I had booked breakfast at the €22 rate during check-in, she simply stated that there was no record of it and insisted that, according to hotel policy, I had to pay €25. While the difference is only €3 per person, if it is indeed Hilton Malta’s policy to make guests pay for the mistakes of their front desk staff, I will not be booking a stay here again. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the way Ms. FACO handled the situation—her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, making the experience even more unpleasant. Aside from this issue, my stay was comfortable."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the hotel left a good impression. The building is new, modern, and well maintained. The reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The restaurant staff were also kind, and the food was good – there was a nice variety, including fresh juices, coffee, and the option to order one dish per person from the menu daily, which was a big plus. Regarding housekeeping, bed linens were changed regularly every few days, which was appreciated. However, the overall cleaning was not at the expected level. In particular, vacuum cleaning was not done during our stay unless we specifically requested it. This is something that could definitely be improved, especially for longer stays. A major downside was that it was not communicated anywhere in advance that the rooftop pool would not be operational. This is the only pool in the hotel, and it was closed for renovation during our stay. To use a pool, we had to go to a neighboring building via a specially constructed bridge, which was not very convenient and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the indoor pool and fitness facilities are not located directly in the hotel but in a neighboring one, and they are relatively small considering they are shared between two large hotels. The hotel is located on a fairly busy and noisy street. With the windows closed, the noise is reduced, but it is still something to keep in mind."

"Overall, my stay at this hotel was disappointing and far below what you would expect from a 5-star property. The place smells like animals, with a very unpleasant odor. There is a high level of humidity, and everything feels damp and moldy. Unfortunately, this had a real impact on my health—I actually became ill during my stay, likely due to the persistent moldy smell in the room. The indoor swimming pool is heavily overfilled with chlorine. The smell is very strong, and it makes your eyes burn, which makes it uncomfortable to use. The buffet breakfast is decent, but definitely not premium. The selection is limited and does not change—every day it is exactly the same, which becomes repetitive very quickly. The biggest downside is clearly the rooms. In addition to the damp and moldy conditions, there are not enough power sockets, which is very inconvenient. There are also no sockets in the bathroom, which makes basic tasks like using a hairdryer more difficult. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star rating, and I would not recommend staying here."

"I'm usually too lazy to leave reviews, but this time I was truly amazed by the hotel's service. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. I mentioned my child's birthday to the receptionist, and to my surprise, they delivered birthday chocolates and drinks the next day – so thoughtful! The dinner buffet was amazing, with a huge variety of dishes, including Chinese food and sushi – another pleasant surprise, and the price was incredibly reasonable, only 108 baht for three people. This was my most satisfying hotel stay in Malta. Because I was traveling with an older child, I was initially hesitant about booking a family room, but we opted for a triple ocean view room, and the hotel arranged an extra bed, which was very convenient. The swimming and fitness facilities were comprehensive, even in winter. I'll definitely only book this hotel in the area from now on."

"A really great stay. We stayed here for four nights. Unfortunately, our room had no windows, so it was a bit dark inside. We thought the ice machine and water dispenser on every floor were really great. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast was good. It had everything we needed. The location is in St. Julian's. We honestly didn't expect it to be so quiet. There are many bars and clubs in St. Julian's, but you still couldn't hear the noise."

"Nice hotel. All the staff are great and very pleasant. The problem was a musty smell in the room and especially in the bathroom. Every day I sprayed it with my perfume. I think they have a problem with the sewage. The cleaning isn't thorough, for example, under the bed and furniture. It's also worth mentioning that there's construction outside, which could be responsible for the dust, because the bathroom and beds are spotless... "
