Amazing hotel, we loved everything! A very modern, stylish and spotless hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast was fantastic – great variety and everything fresh. The staff were attentive and always ready to help. Perfect location – close to the sea, restaurants, and nice walking areas. We especially loved the rooftop pool with its beautiful view. We’ll definitely come back!

So City hotel is in the centre of St Julian’s party hub. It’s surrounded by clubs and restaurants and cafes. My room was on the ninth floor watching on the other side of the noisy neighbourhood so it was calm with windows closed. When I opened windows I could hear everything like I am in the club. Room was nicely decorated and quite spacious. It could be more clean - I found some blemishes on duvet cover, looked like stains from makeup that couldn’t wash out. Also found some hair in the bathroom. Considering that water is not drinkable in Malta, they should offer complimentary water bottles for each day of staying- instead they give you just 2 half litre bottles for the whole staying. More than that you must buy. Also they offer just 2 coffee capsules for the whole staying- more than that you must buy. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices for eggs and omelettes, with additional continental breakfast items like toasts, butter, spreads, cheese and ham, some fresh fruit, and different kinds of pastries. Also they offered numerous juices and types of “milk”. It was fulfilling and cheap. Dining area is really nicely decorated with high ceilings and nice wall decors. Staff at the reception was great and helpful. Overall for that price it was 4/5.

We stayed for 4 nights in Room 101. Unfortunately, there was a water leakage issue in the shower. We contacted the night shift staff, and they offered to arrange a room change the following afternoon. The next day, we spoke again with the Thai staff member at check-in regarding the issue. He responded very professionally, immediately arranged for us to view a replacement room, and even upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi. We truly appreciated his excellent service and helpful attitude. The hotel facilities are very good. Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are free for guests to use, which was a great benefit. The sauna facilities were also excellent, especially after a workout. However, the breakfast selection could be improved. The hot dishes remained the same every day, and watermelon was only available on one occasion during our stay. The catering staff were polite and efficient, despite also having to support the kitchen operations. One of the front desk ladies appeared to be a new staff member. She did not greet guests proactively and seemed to require reminders from her colleagues to complete certain tasks. Overall, for a 4-star hotel in Malta, the hotel has good facilities and service, but there is still room for improvement, particularly in the catering and breakfast experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for 3 days at The Westin Dragonara Resort in Malta, which I found to be an excellent choice for accommodation. I booked a deluxe king room with a sea view, and I am grateful to the front desk staff for upgrading my room on the second day, allowing me to enjoy a stunning ocean vista. The room service was excellent, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were very nice. I really enjoyed my trip to Malta. Additionally, I dined at both Quadro and Palio restaurants, and I must say, both experiences were exceptional. In summary, The Westin Dragonara Resort is a distinguished 5-star hotel and undoubtedly one of the best choices in Malta.

I HAVE LOVED MY STAY. First time visiting Malta, booked the room last hour and I did not regret. The hotel was beautiful, and I booked the lower categorie room, still was amazing. It is located in the heart of the party district, so if you are in Malta to party. It is ideal. Very silent rooms, great space, comfortable bed. If you are planning a more sexual adventure trip, the ceileing mirrors and some fun chains in the room might help you out with the fun. Either you go with someone or want to meet someone in the island just for fun. The Spa and piscina are fantastic and a great place to relax or even start the day. The breakfast buffet options were awesome and everything was freah and delicious. St. Julian's it is also very central in Malta, so if you want to plan and travel around, the location is fantastic to be able to see so many other places in the Island. When it comes to the service and staff. Everyone was impeccable. From the reception team, to the security, to the waiters and even the cleaning team. Everyone was always very nice and helpful. Met Sandra, on my arrival, and coincidentally she was also working 3 days later when I was checking out, She did a great job. The Hugo's group have a few more of their places around, Hugo's Pub, Bacco by Hugo's, the Hugo's Burger and others, but these were the ones I also checked out and again, everything was great. I tolally recommend a stay in here. 10 out of 10 for me.

I recently stayed at Vendi St. George, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, the service was warm and welcoming, and the staff was attentive. The room was spacious and very clean, which made the stay comfortable. Additionally, the hotel’s location was convenient, offering easy access to different areas while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The bathroom had noticeable moisture problems, and the toilet brush was not in a hygienic condition. The toilet flush also didn’t work properly, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the shower lacked water pressure, making it less enjoyable. The room I stayed in was on the first floor, and while the view was nice, it didn’t match the pictures online. Another issue was the bed—it consisted of two mattresses pushed together, but one was higher than the other, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no light above the bathroom mirror, and I couldn’t control the balcony light. Overall, while the hotel has good service and cleanliness, some maintenance improvements are needed to enhance the guest experience.
