Well I love this apart hotel firstly it's reasonable, I love the location asxi always rent a car...Its away from crowd...The pool is amazing... Property is bit old but not bad..they really try to manage and maintain well

old hotel falling apart! how dirty, with **** everywhere. the towels smelled like ****, and had hair from other guests! everything dirty. stupid-looking employees. I've never seen anything like it. this is the real hotel hell!

where is the bar and restauren tshown in the photos also the breakfast cook is not capable of fryin g an egg and she introuced her self as the chef also the bar was hardly ever open at any time and when it was open the heating was not on i asked the bar man could hr clear a space in the large bar fridge so i could sit inside it so i could warm up the food on offer this particular evenin was non exsistant

Far from ideal accommodation for me I would never stay again. Quite simply because of the false advertising more than any thing..when you book a holiday with expectations from what you read and arrive to find it's not true, it is very disappointing. Falsely advertised on a majority of holiday sites including their own! Advertised as having a bar and restaurant. Arrived. No bar it's permanently closed. Restaurant only open for breakfast and a STAFF member advised I shouldn't eat there for my own safety! I'm not sure where they got all the food photos from Other guest advised me that it was truly horrific and next to nothing there not even a piece of fruit. No lunch or dinner restaurant. I had no welcome meeting and there was no information in the room about any thing other than the fire plan on the back of the door. I even had to ask for a do not disturb sign. Had I known they don't clean the room until the fourth day I wouldn't have even asked for it but on the fourth day when I removed it they still didn't clean it so I had to ask for more towels but I was provided with them The first night there I had to go to reception to ask where the remote control was for the TV so I could try and drown out the noise from other guests. The staff member glanced up briefly slouched in the chair then returned their eye gaze back to their mobile phone completely ignored me until I said excuse me! I complained about the noise as I had been subjected to it for 4 hours . Doors slamming, furniture being moved around , scaping across the floors . I could literally hear people's conversations word for word. There is zero sound proofing and large gaps under doors far from fire regulations When I said I think I'd like to speak to the manager the response I got was yes it's rubbish isn't it so even the member of staff was agreeing! They then added...what do you expect for a 3 star. Surely some courtesy notices around stating please be considerate to other guests during your stay in terms of noise pollution would at least be a start. The best of it was that upon arrival I was made to pay 5 euro for an environmental tax! Halarious considering the environment I was in was far from ideal. The hotel was advertised as with a pool view or sea view. I got a view or a dirty alley on arrival full of concrete and general building rubble. The majority of the reception staff appeared to have bad attitudes and I never saw one smile the whole time I was there. Name badges would personalise things better for guests to build a rapport with them but it felt like there was a huge obstruction there and a lottery if you were ever going to get anything you asked for. To get to the room was via lift or stairs..the lift was just about large enough for me and a suitcase very closteohibic if it was to breakdown I would probably have hyperventilated with the stress! Eventually I was offered a ground floor room which was no better and in fact even nosier especially as night staf

OK hotel on the quiet north side of St Paul's Bay. The room was tired and dated but clean. The toilet broke three times whilst we were there but the maintenance responded quickly on each occasion. The pool doesn't open until the 1st May so we could not use that. There was a small indoor pool available but we chose not to bother. There are only two bars / restaurants close to the hotel. Much more is available on the south side of the bay in Bugibba and Qawra. You can walk there but it would take you an hour. The bus stops close to the hotel so we used that to get around. The breakfast in the hotel was very average with a limited selection of hot food, cold meat and cheeses. After the first morning we went elsewhere for breakfast. The hotel bar was also closed for the entire duration. Overall it wasn't really bad but I don't think I would stay there again.
