really nice hotel, would recommend, staff lovely as well as the pool, nice rooms and in a good location for going out in newcastle

Hotel is good and clean, comfortable stay, however most basic bottled water not provided.

The hotel basically is rather old and the air con is not functioning well.

A lovely trip to Holiday Inn, Gosforth Park. The beds, were comfy, the staff were lovely, very relaxing and the room view was beautiful! They also had very good access to fitness facilities! I will come back again!

Heating not working the room is cold. When you take shower the water coming slow, drainage for water not going through. TV is old no apps you can't pair your devices. They need renovation on their room. The place is good but the hotel is too old

Hotel wasn't very clean. Full car park so struggled to get parking. Rooms on ground floor not very private. Comfortable beds.

I was unable to make the booking as my father sadly had a stroke the day before we travelled. I called the hotel to explain the situation and to request a change of date for the booking within the next few weeks but they told me it was non refundable and that I booked it with Trip.com so there was nothing they could do. So I lost my money and never got to rebook. Very disappointing under the circumstances.
