Premier Inn Northwich (Sandiway)

Super comfy and large room. Bed/pillow were great. Nice staff at the hotel and restaurant. Lovely restaurant with great food, yumy! Plenty of options for breakfast. Second time I stay here and it is always nice. Super recommended hotel/restaurant

The hotel is lovely and quiet and the staff were very welcoming. Our stay was only spoilt by a very poor breakfast not up to the usual standards we expect from a Premier Inn.

Fantastic warm and friendly staff. Usual clean standards I expect from a Premier Inn. Hotel itself requires some attention, perhaps a refurb - swipe card access for hotel rooms and a lift are necessities.

Once again my stay at the Premier Inn was excellent. Everything was just as I could imagine and at times better.

We booked the accessible room for our recent 2 nights stay. Loads of room, very clean, lovely and comfortable and a great nights sleep. Tea and coffee making facilities, lovely fluffy towels, hairdryer, and lovely helpful staff. Thank you.

We stayed here over a weekend for a family members wedding. The hotel was very accommodating and in a small town with a great walking route for when we had some time to kill (we aren’t ones for sitting around) The staff were very kind and attentive, we could tell they were busy but they always took their time to have a chat to us when we walked past them or said good morning. The rooms themselves are a little old compared to other premier inns I have stayed in but couldn’t not fault the cleanliness of the place. 5 stars all around and I have recommended it to my friends as a little place to go for my friends for when they go to the flower show in the summer as it is in the centre of many different city’s and towns

The hotel is very tired and needs new fixtures and fittings. Lack of electric sockets. The staff are lovely, the bed was very comfortable like all Premier Inns and the breakfast was excellent freshly cooked quality food.

Late checking in was no issue. The hotel was very quiet so we managed first floor rooms. Everything was ok until I saw the bathrooms. Very old and tired. Avoided a shower as I rate places but their overall care but in this case the room was fine, however the basins in the bathroom were surrounded by sticky back BLUE plastic? Mirrors rusting around the edges. Wasn’t the nicest bathroom, put me off to be honest. Staff friendly and helpful. Glad it was only one night

The service is always excellent and the rooms are always extremely clean. Nothing is too much for all the staff here. Don't know them all by name. Mary has been extremely helpful providing me with an additional heater when it was very cold. Wonderful welcome, making sure that I had everything I wanted and thoroughly looking after me. I visit at least every month for a week at a time sometimes. I like one particular room which is a little bit out of the way and quiet. The staff are always willing to take this into consideration. Thank you so much. I do a lot of travelling both for pleasure and business and although the Premier Inn is quite different in its purpose and value to many hotel the staff here are way better than any other I have met. Thank you all so very much. You make travelling on my own much more friendly.
