Rooms are clean but quite small not that wide. The sea is not blue as pictures shown.

The service was generally okay. However, at night they usually deactivate the coffee and tea machine, and the waiters act as if it isn’t working—unless you happen to arrive before they switch it off

We booked the hotel before booking the air tickets, but letter got the air tickets a day before our arriving date , we sent several messages to the hotel's e mail address as well as to trip.com to adjust our booking.... none responded to our communications, we tried to contact the hotel by phone, but they do not respond too. with more frustration, when i showed the e mails copy at the reception counter (Hotel) the checked and informed that they have received the mails... did not even bother to give me any explanation for not responding to my request. My colleague and I, had to stay in a different hotel for 1 night and left AZ Hotel Vouge, D or a night before... this non - cooperation not only cost us USD 200 more but had to face a lot of trouble .

Lovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service. Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters. The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too. Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

Beach side good place

I had a great stay. The hotel and rooms were very clean, the sea view was magnificent (including a view of the sunset), and the staff was simply incredible! I was greeted by Amina, a smiling and kind woman who helped me throughout my stay. She gave me great tips and made sure I didn't miss a thing. Just like the rest of the staff, they were all fantastic! A great experience. I'll be back and recommend it without hesitation. A big thank you to the whole team.

Great stay, I had a great time and a hearty breakfast

I had an excellent stay, top service, comfortable room, quality of bedding worthy of a five-star hotel.

We were supposed to rent a room, unfortunately the jacuzzi was broken, so we had to change hotels in the same chain. There wasn't much nearby and the area was a bit run down.

The breakfast was too dirty. The hot dishes were just two potatoes and something. There were flies flying around the fruit and cold dishes. When I reached over the cantaloupe and grapes, a bunch of small flies flew up, and no one killed them. The coffee machine was not good either, and it couldn't make American coffee.

Good reception, beautiful sea view, good location... Unfortunately their Spa was in service

The reservation was not validated by the hotel, poor cleanliness, very poor service (no towels during the entire stay), permanent and lasting power cuts, non-functional safe, the reception never answers phone calls. For a 4 star it is a real scam.

My sister and I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and then we went to a so-called “luxury” hotel and how can I tell you that we really missed Az Vagye d’Or! Everything is great! The welcome, the staff are very pleasant, polite, they speak French very well, the location is great! Sea view, cheap and very good food! The only negative point I would say: do some shopping before you get there because there is no grocery store if you don't have a vehicle! This hotel deserves 5 stars! I will come back ! Many thanks
