KKc-kwongI booked this guesthouse after seeing its high ratings online. I'm usually a bit hesitant about guesthouses, but this one was different. First, it's very close to General Mountain Ski Resort, about a 15-minute walk. The guesthouse is located in a residential area, and there's a snowball fight area downstairs; the kids played so much they didn't want to go up. It's also a great place for taking photos. We booked the ”Dream Mountain Window Room,” and the owner, seeing we had children, offered to upgrade us to a suite for free. The owner has many years of experience running guesthouses. This guesthouse is positioned as high-end, and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the design, materials, and decor. It felt like home—super clean and hygienic. As someone with OCD, I felt completely at ease using everything there. I could tell the sheets and blankets were always fresh. Sitting in the living room, sipping coffee and chatting while watching the snowscape outside, it felt like being in a small European town. Adding a fireplace would have made it even more immersive. The room even had a tea area on the windowsill, perfect for enjoying tea and the snow view. Spending a whole day there wasn't boring at all. The owner even personally drove us to the city center, treated us to authentic Xinjiang-style braised chicken and noodles, and gave us lots of helpful suggestions. Overall, the guesthouse experience was fantastic. Finally, besides skiing, families with children can enjoy horseback riding – it's incredibly good value for money.

GGuest UserMuxiang arrived at the airport at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and the hotel could also arrange a free car to pick up and help with the snowboard. The lady surnamed Wei at the front desk was also very enthusiastic to help me consider whether it was convenient to bring snowboards to live on the first floor than the second floor. Finally, I helped me exist at the front desk, saving a lot of trouble. The room was clean and tidy and quiet. I found that the mobile phone was lost on the plane in the middle of the night. The hotel was willing to send a car to me the next day. In short, the service is very warm and the stay is a good experience. Will stay here next time.

GGuest UserThe environment of this homestay is really good, only 10 minutes drive from the airport; the floor is also high, on the 9th floor, very quiet, the room facilities are also very new, there are humidifiers, washing machines, just running for a week long distance, the clothes in the box can be washed in advance. It is recommended and the experience is very good!

__WeChat24844****Capricorn Youth Hostel, a definite five-star rating! The stay was fantastic—clean and cozy rooms, comfortable bedding, and a great atmosphere. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to General Mountain. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were super enthusiastic, ready to answer any questions, and as thoughtful as friends. It's the king of value for money; if you're visiting Altay, this is definitely the place to choose. Highly recommend!

First of all, the location is good, there are many delicious foods downstairs; it is convenient to take a taxi, it takes about 16 minutes to get to the ski area B; the room is very clean, someone cleans it well every day (thank you to the cleaning lady for helping me fold my clothes hahaha; and there are security guards patrolling the building every night; there is a laundry room on the fourth floor of the hotel; I am afraid of heat, and the heating temperature in the room is just right; the room soundproofing is average, but it is basically very quiet after eleven or twelve o'clock in the evening, so there is no need to worry about sleeping poorly. Overall, it is a good stay experience. I hope you can give me a discount next time I come to stay for a long time^ ^

Service: You can rent snow clothes directly! ! I rented it for two days! In the morning, it is very convenient to go out directly in snow clothes and go to the snow field shuttle for 10 minutes. The boss himself has been a skiing boss in more than 30 countries. There is not much to say, but he is very responsible. I came back from Hemu at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The boss is still waiting to give me the room card, which is reassuring!
