- The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was cool.
- All the essentials were provided: microwave, cold and hot water, tea, coffee, and a shared hairdryer at the front.
- The bathroom had soap and shampoo.
- The Wi-Fi was good. I was quite impressed! The fact that you use a code to enter the room instead of a keycard or physical key is excellent and very modern.
- The location is good, making it easy to walk to food options. 7-Eleven and Family Mart are close by and within walking distance.

The Location, cleanliness, and service are all excellent. Another thing is that we were able to enjoy and experience the breathtaking New Year's countdown fireworks from the historic skyline of Georgetown City at the hotel's common area terrace. See the photo taken during that time below.
First of all, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful.
The Malaysian Chinese lady owner was incredibly kind and always willing to help, which made my stay feel even more welcoming and personal.
As soon as you step outside the hotel, many major tourist attractions are within walking distance, so the location is very convenient.
Aside from that, the room was very clean, cozy, and charming, perfectly capturing the old Penang vibe.
Overall, it’s a simple, compact, and lovely hotel that I truly enjoyed and would happily recommend.
Overall, the experience at the hotel was really fun, there are many good features about it, such as the location, and the facilities.
And the price is affordable too. Thanks for a wonderful time. Housekeeping change towel every day.

HHan IdhamI had a wonderful stay at the place. It's clean, simple and not busy or noisy. It's so close to the center of Georgetown area and the nightlife without being too centre. The staff, especially Junaid, is very nice and helpful. Thanks. It's worth the money, I'll definitely come here again.

The first night I got the balcony room but it was so small.
But gratefully I can change for the second day.
So next time u book a balcony room, make sure to book room no. 205
Bigger and the bathroom has a huge door to the balcony as well.
The location is soooooo convenient. Bus no. 101 and 102 literally stop next to the hotel.
The other bus line is just a 5 minute walk.

RRonin tanThe overall experience of my stay was great. The hotel environment was quiet, and the room decor was simple but very comfortable. The bedding was clean, and the hygiene was excellent, making for a very reassuring stay. Every day, coming back to the room felt relaxing, without any pressure.
The hotel's surroundings also offered great amenities. There were many food stalls and restaurants nearby with a wide variety of choices, all at very affordable prices. There was no need to specially take a ride to find food. Whether it was for breakfast, lunch, or a late-night snack, meals were easily sorted.
With its convenient location, clean environment, and high value for money, it was a very satisfying accommodation experience. If I'm ever in this area again, I would consider staying here once more.

Mmay钟I chose this hotel mainly for the sea view directly across the street. However, the first thing I saw when I opened the door was a lot of hair on the floor, indicating very poor hygiene. The room was very small, and the shower room was even smaller, making it difficult to bathe my baby. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers were not provided. The exhaust fan in the toilet was broken, so the smoke couldn't escape, and it got really stuffy with the steam when showering. I hope they can fix this to avoid inconveniencing other guests. Downstairs, breakfast was available, including vegetarian curry rice and bread. Regardless of how many people were in your party, they only provided two servings. If you wanted to add meat or eggs, you had to pay extra. Overall, I was not very satisfied. I had booked for two nights, but I didn't even stay for the third night and booked elsewhere instead.

The only downside is that it’s extremely hard to get parking.
If you park incorrectly, your car will get clamped.
Feel sorry for the smokers — they’re suffering because they can’t smoke.
If you want to avoid getting clamped, you’ll have to walk to most places.
The food here is delicious and the prices are still affordable.

JJustin07I can say this is a classic hotel, although the building quite old but the room was good, toilet was good. Air cond was cold perfect. WiFi excellent even I stay on 8 floor still connect well, they gave me the room can see the mountain and sea perfect view for me. Price was affordable for everyone I can say, locate was near the bar, restaurant, pasar, sea view as well.

GGuest UserThe room was quite noisy, as it faced the laundry service area and had several air conditioning units just below the window, resulting in constant noise throughout the night.
The reception staff member was unfriendly and not helpful. He was often not present at the desk, and I had to look for him when I needed assistance.
There was also an issue with the deposit return. In a rather rude manner, he told me it would only be returned at 12:00 PM (it was 10:35 AM at the time). When I explained that I had a ferry at 11:15 AM and asked for the reason, he walked away, saying he would not return it earlier and told me to contact Customer Service via WhatsApp. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, although it may have been due to a language barrier.
Additionally, the bed sheets were not clean, and overall cleanliness could be improved.
