I had a pleasant stay at MyHotel @ Sentral Kuala Lumpur. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from KL Sentral, making it easy to access trains, the airport, and many nearby attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the area, so finding food is very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. One small challenge is the public parking around the hotel. Parking can be a bit limited and sometimes difficult to find, especially during busy hours. Guests who drive may need a little patience to secure a spot nearby. Overall, it is a good budget hotel with a strategic location in Kuala Lumpur, especially for travelers who want easy access to KL Sentral.

The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony was a great touch and really elevated the experience. There's a skyscraper outside, though it seems there are two outdoor AC units right outside the balcony, which made some noise. But since it's a tropical region, AC is a must. Downstairs is the bustling Petaling Street (Chinatown). The subway is less than a 10-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. It takes about 20 minutes by subway to reach KLCC. Overall, very good, and the front desk staff were very professional. They all spoke Mandarin. I forgot to book an early morning airport transfer through Ctrip, but the front desk immediately helped me book a car for early morning. Very convenient. Thank you!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel location was strategic and it was easy to find food nearby. Will definitely come again.

Good location in that it was near alot of stores and businesses. Ad was a little deceptive in saying this place had windows when it didn't. I didn't like this because you don't know if it is night or day to know what time to wake up. Room was too small where there wasn't enough room to do anything. Front desk person seemed a bit unfriendly. Ok place just to stay for the short term.

Conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the central station. The room and bedding were very clean, and toiletries were provided. Water pressure was excellent, and there was plenty of hot water. The air conditioning was sufficiently cold. A 50 MYR deposit was required at check-in, but they waived it for me since I didn't have cash at the time, which was a nice gesture.

Much better than my last stay. They've made a lot of improvements this time around; the room didn't have as much of that funky smell. However, some guests still aren't following the rules, playing loud music on their phones and talking on the phone in their rooms. The guesthouse really needs to get a handle on that.

We stay 4nights 5days in hotel They said every 2days they will do room cleaning On 3rd day we go to Cameron and requested the staff to do room cleaning but they did’t. After come back from Cameron, our room still the same, the rubbish bin also still full like before we leave. When we approach, they said the staff, we requested to do room cleaning, did not inform the other staff and the staff on that time is not the same with the staff that we said. So all the 4nights 5 days in hotel, we throw ourself the rubbish bag inside the room and they never come and clean the room .
