GGuest UserThe hot water dispenser is a real lifesaver, especially on rainy seasons in Singapore. The sheets are clean and the housekeeping changes the sheets once every 3 days (for longer staying guests). Each bed + Curtains is 90% soundproof and you can sleep soundly without worries. The lobby is a welcome addition to the place, and you can do your work in peace with Wifi and power sockets - perfect for remote workers.

PPatricia29It was our 3rd time staying here. Receptionists all of them were helpful. The hotel is good value for money and the bus stop and in front of hotel. Next door is local hawker and a walking distance to Shaw plaza if you need anything else, the laundromat just right near bus stop. 24 hours reception, Aaron was helped us with loading the luggage in the taxi. The house keeping was nice to us, we impressed the Myanmar housekeeping, she was very polite and cleaned our room even though I told her just empty the bin and change the towel. We will be back next time. Thank you Family travel with young children.

GGuest UserEverything was ok, the location, amenities, facilities. Bed was comfy. Only con is that I woke up at 4 am and couldn’t sleep at all after that due to the bed bug. T.T the itchiness lasted a week. Ive always been very cautious when booking a dorm bed cos I encountered similar issues before. I didn’t find any reviews about bed bugs in google, booking, trip com. This I guess this could be a sole case. Hopefully the owner can make improvement with this and I wi definitely give it a chance again.

IISA JourneySuper clean room, relatively new, with nice hospitality. We stayed 2 nights in a standard queen room with 2 adults and a 2-year-old child. The room has limited space for movement, but it was sufficient for resting at night after spending the day exploring the city. Under-bed storage is very useful for keeping belongings and freeing up space. There is limited space for prayer, but it was still manageable. We brought a stroller and were able to place it behind the door. You just need to organize your belongings well. The hotel provides two bottles of water, standard amenities (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste), a bidet, TV, and Wi-Fi. Good location—only a short walk to Lavender MRT station and a bus stop. The area feels safe, with many restaurants and cafés along the way, even at night. A FairPrice supermarket is also available nearby for daily necessities. Halal food options near the hotel are limited; I only found two Indian restaurants, though this may be due to limited exploration. Soundproofing is not perfect, and some noise from surrounding rooms or the corridor can still be heard. I would like to apologize if any noise was caused during our stay, as we were traveling with a young child.

YYueguangxiadewanzilunFor a country as expensive as Singapore 🇸🇬, a hostel priced in the 100s is definitely great value for money. Many local Chinese people stay here, and you can learn about Singapore's history by chatting with them. The closest MRT stations are Lavender and Jalan Besar, and it's also very near Little India, making it super convenient to get to all of Singapore's major attractions. There's a food court right downstairs, which is probably one of the cheapest dining options in Singapore, helping you save a lot on food. I stayed here for three days and thought it was pretty good!

AAnonymous UserUgh, I forgot to take photos, so I'll use some random ones instead. First off, I chose this place because it's super close to Universal Studios, and I figured a chain hotel wouldn't be too bad. But the price wasn't exactly cheap – I paid over 480 for a queen room. I know hotels in Singapore are pricey, so this was within my expected budget; I'd already come to terms with the cost. The front desk staff were all really nice. However, my heart sank when I opened the door. The room was tiny, and they don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or cups, citing environmental reasons... though if you ask the front desk for a toothbrush, they'll give you one. For cleanliness, I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 – not terrible, but not outstanding either. It's a small room but has all the essentials, though you definitely can't fit two suitcases in there; it felt really cramped. On the bright side, the soundproofing seemed pretty good. I'm not sure if there were no other guests or if everyone was just incredibly considerate, but I didn't hear any noise. Plus, I was so exhausted from sleeping at the airport the night before that I slept like a log. It was the best night's sleep of my entire trip, and I was genuinely shocked that I slept best in the smallest room... Oh, and the shower gel and shampoo are all-in-one, so if you're particular, you might want to bring your own.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel because we were attending a concert at the stadium nearby. However, the location is about an 18–20 minute walk from the two nearest subway stations, which might feel a bit far if you rely on public transportation. The hotel is located on a lively street with many bars, but the area felt safe and we did not feel concerned about security. We followed the hotel’s housekeeping instructions by placing the towels in the sink and hanging the cleaning request sign. However, when we returned to the room that evening, the staff had not replaced the towels, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the front desk staff were very warm and friendly, and overall the service experience was pleasant.

WWeiluobangfeiyishushengVery clean and tidy, a good value for a single bed in Singapore. It's perfect for budget travelers in Singapore. There are multiple toilets and showers, so you rarely have to wait in line. Smoking is prohibited indoors in Singapore, which is great for non-smokers.

SShishuoxinyuliangzeThe surroundings are a bit sketchy; during the day, as I was walking, a woman asked me if I wanted to 'play,' which startled me. There's also another '81' hotel across from this one, so be careful not to confuse them. The hotel lobby has a Chinese-style decor and felt quite welcoming upon entering. The staff were friendly and told me there was a Singapore map by the elevator. Inside the room, the bathroom was a bit small, the shower hose was stiff, and the toothbrush was too hard, making my teeth ache. However, for Singapore, this is quite a cheap hotel, so I suppose it met expectations given the price.
