Amazing
Jjason.maaiikaPrivate beds with curtains providing privacy. Pillow too soft and thin for me. Has shelf to put things and hooks for hanging clothes. Shower was great. Rainshower head with strong water pressure. Bathroom very clean. Pot of coffee provided in the morning. Surrounding area has many homeless, but they don't bother you so no worries.

YYordaDecent place in a college neighborhood. Older, but fairly well kept. Pros: The staff was very cool and very helpful. Con: The TV situation is dismal. It's an older DirectTV system and I could only get about 5 channels, only political news shows, no local channels. I was there several days and it never improved. Another Con: even though the complex was fairly quiet, every single thing in my room made noise. The Heater/AC had an incessant ticking that affected my sleep, the toilet had a drip in the tank that could be heard from the bed, and the fridge was noisier than most. Even though I had a white noise machine, these things disturbed my ability to sleep in peace.

GGuest UserVery poor internet connection. No wardrobe, not even a hanger nor hook for clothes. Booked a room for 4. 4 towels but only 1 hook (only one in the whole room) in the toilets for all to share??!! There is a microwave and a fridge. Iron but no ironing board. I called to check, was told that all rooms with the wardrobe room was fully booked. If there isn’t wardrobe available, the least is to provide more hooks around the room. The breakfast area is super crowded and crazy small given the numbers of room they have. BF selection includes scrambled eggs, beef patty, self-make waffle, cereals, whole orange, yoghurt, breads and muffins. 7 mins to SeaWorld and 3 mins to foods and stores. Overall, the room is clean, heater works well, plenty of carparks lots. All the staffs are working very hard (to replenish the breakfast) and housekeepers are friendly, it’s the Inn problems.

SswchaulunThe hotel is old and really need renovation. The air conditioner is rather noisy and I have to put my earbuds on when sleeping. Unluckily our two rooms only have a small window overhead in bathroom while other has a large windows the back. It made the room rather dark and the main switch for the light is out of order, we have to walk carefully across the bed to turn on the light which was placed between the two beds. The room condition was quite different from the pictures shown. The location is good and convenient but the cleanliness is far below standard. Somebody vomit in front of the parking lot gate that is the main entrance to our rooms’ building, it was not cleaned when 3 days was passed. As a budget hotel, we won’t expect much but the maintenance of facilities and the cleanliness must be up to standard. Sure we won’t come again.

GGuest UserThe room stated partial view but in fact had no view. The room was very dark and the tiny windows did not help. I thought the morning shift front desk person was a bit bitter about her job. The location was perfect. We stayed 4 days /3 nights and was able to see most of the surrounding area by foot. Parking was easy we did not pay to park because there were free parking nearby. Just be careful of signs for street sweeping and no parking certain hours. But there are free 24hour parking around. And the free wifi just didn’t work for us the entire stay.

SShi Luna The hotel worked for a quick stay. The location was pretty good which maybe was the best aspect of the hotel. The rooms were a bit on the older side and when I initially walked in the room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and mould. There was hot water in the bathroom pipe but tepid/luke warm water in the shower. Someone came to look at the shower and they said there was hot water though when I took a shower later in the evening, there was not hot water so that was a challenge. Overall, it's not somewhere I'd stay again but it served it's purpose as I had an extra day in the city and needed to find a place to stay on short notice.

HHelenaI have never encountered such an incompetent front desk person. She seemed very confused, as if it were her first day on the job and would consider placing her away from the customers to spare them. Firstly, my room did not have a heater. Rather than fix the situation by moving me to a room with a heater, I was told that I couldn't be moved because no one would be able to clean the room. What kind of an excuse is that?! Don't fix the heater and move someone else into the room so they can be uncomfortable on a 49 degree San Diego evening? That only sounds fabulous if I am having hot flashes, which I am not. I will say that the room was clean when I entered and want to give the room cleaning staff a shout out since they are truly doing their job. How about fix the heater and you won't have to worry about moving someone into another room because heaters weren't fixed. When I pay for a room, I expect all features to be functional and am not really concerned about how you will clean the room when I depart from it. I really hope that management sees this and ensures that all elements in a room are working and teach their front desk staff to do better.

XXIAOJUNGood feeling, in the hotel area, the roadside is easy to find. There is a small swimming pool. If the sun can still bubble when the sun is shining during the daytime, as for swimming, it is just across the road ...
