The front desk service was great, and the location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The bedding was comfortable, and it offers incredible value for money! It's very close to Beijing Road, so we could take a leisurely stroll back to the hotel after dinner, which was really nice.

The weather in Guangzhou is truly unpredictable. Before heading out, I saw bright sunshine and packed a lot of clothes to change into. I gave the larger items to the front desk for washing and drying, and we hung the smaller ones to air dry in the room, even opening the window before we left. To our surprise, it started pouring rain halfway through our outing. We quickly called the hotel to ask them to close the window for us. It was around 2 PM, which is peak check-in time, so I thought the front desk would be too busy to help. But to my surprise, less than 5 minutes later, the front desk called to say they had already closed the window for us. When we got back to the hotel, none of our clothes were wet, which was truly amazing! Also, the larger clothes I'd given to the front desk earlier were already washed, dried, and folded. Today, I've already got my clothes ready for tomorrow's outing. This service is truly excellent.

The property is perfect in terms of quality but accessibility it not convenient as you need to walk up several sets of stairs to enter the complex. Not ideal if you have heavy, cumbersome luggage. Having the facility to wash your clothes on site if a massive bonus and made it very convenient. Especially during my stay when it was hot, humid and severely raining. Overall I couldn’t not fault the location. Central to everything you want to see and do in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it if you on a budget or you don’t like busy crowds or you want to have a feel for local cuisine and lifestyle.

Close to the subway, so transportation is convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel boasts an excellent location – it's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to all the action. You've got Panyu Wanda Plaza, Sihai City, and Tianhe City right nearby, and getting around is super convenient. The metro station is less than a 15-minute walk away! It was lovely to take a stroll around the area after dinner each night. The hotel is located in a separate apartment building, and from the high floors, you can enjoy views of the commercial district below. The only downside is that the internet signal was really poor, whether for screen mirroring or the TV. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help!

Facilities: Absolutely fantastic! The hotel's facilities and amenities far exceed those of a typical three-star hotel – a pleasant surprise indeed! They also offer stylish and elegant complimentary tea rooms, both large and small, for guests to relax and enjoy tea. The room's lights, air conditioning, curtains, and bathroom are all smart and very convenient to use. Cleanliness: If there's one outstanding feature of Huiyuan, besides its beauty and tastefulness, it has to be its impeccable cleanliness! It's the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. I stayed here for an exam at Huazhong Agricultural University, and despite the rainy weather, my second-floor room didn't feel damp or unclean at all. From the lobby to the room, everything was exceptionally spotless. Robot vacuums and cleaning staff were all diligently at work, meticulously cleaning the stairs and corridors. There wasn't a speck of dust in the room, no strange odors, and the solid wood furniture also had no unpleasant smell – very comforting! Environment: It's like a beautiful garden villa. The podocarpus trees, hydrangeas, lemon trees, orchids, ponds, and koi fish – all the plants and animals are so well-cared for. There are also several tea rooms on the first floor with a wonderful ambiance... Sitting there sipping tea and practicing calligraphy is one of life's true pleasures. The hotel owner truly has great taste and vision. Service: All the hotel staff are very gentle and approachable, making you feel right at home. On the first day, when I was checking in and about to go upstairs, the owner proactively helped me with my luggage. When I wanted to throw away some trash after lunch, the cleaning uncle told me to just give it to him. While I was exploring the courtyard, the room cleaning staff were also very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The owner heard we were here for an exam and even offered to drive us there; all we had to do was tell the front desk the time. The next morning, on the day of the exam, the owner punctually drove us. He said he does this for all guests taking exams, as long as they inform him in advance. Summary: This is truly a wonderfully comfortable hotel. The facilities and amenities are excellent, very stylish and high-class. If you have any problems or needs, the hotel will help resolve them. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Guangzhou. It's just a short walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, with plenty of local eateries, popular restaurants, bubble tea shops, and shopping malls nearby. The metro station is also within walking distance, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel occupies the ground floor to the 3rd floor of a building that is shared with offices. After exiting the lift, there is an external door that requires a hotel keycard to access the hotel floors, which provides an additional level of security for guests. At times, the lifts can get quite crowded, and it may take a while for one to arrive. There were also a few occasions when the lift had a strong cigarette smell. Right below the hotel are herbal tea shops and a pharmacy. There is also a small children's hospital nearby. Although the hotel is close to the lively shopping district, it is tucked away on a quieter street, making it a peaceful and convenient base for sightseeing, shopping, and enjoying Guangzhou's local food scene. The hotel also provides a complimentary self-service laundry room. It is free to use and has one washing machine, one dryer, and two washer-dryer combo machines. However, the laundry room is quite small, the door is rather heavy, and there is no air conditioning inside, so it can get quite warm while doing your laundry. I wasn't able to locate the gym during my stay. The lift has a button labelled ”Gymnasium”, but when I went to that floor, it was quite dark, and I couldn't find the gym. It would probably be best to ask the receptionist for directions. The staff were all very polite and friendly throughout my stay. They helped to receive and keep my Taobao parcels before my arrival and were also willing to assist with returning items if needed. The housekeeping staff always greeted guests whenever they saw them, which made the stay feel warm and welcoming. Housekeeping was carried out daily, and the room was kept clean and tidy. One suggestion would be to provide a card or door hanger that guests can use to indicate when they would like their bed sheets changed, especially for longer stays, as the bed sheets are not changed. Basic amenities are provided throughout the stay. I booked two rooms and requested that they be side by side or opposite each other. I was slightly disappointed that this request could not be accommodated. Since the building is smaller and both rooms were on the same floor, it didn't seem like a big issue to have the room separated. Requested late checkout as well, which was granted and I'm grateful for it. The room size is decent, with enough space to fully open and store luggage on the floor. However, the bathroom's sliding door is difficult to open from the inside as there is no handle. The door is made of reeded/fluted glass, which provides a distorted view but is still somewhat see-through, making it feel less private. The refrigerator is located outside the bathroom. This means the bathroom sliding door needs to be closed to access the fridge, which can be quite an inconvenience. There are power sockets conveniently located beside both sides of the bed. One small improvement would be to allow the curtains to remain closed after the room key card is removed, as they automatically open when the power is turned off. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, clean rooms, and excellent service, with some minor areas that could be improved.

This hotel is quite good, and the breakfast is also excellent. I've stayed here over ten times and have always been very satisfied. For this price in Guangzhou, the hotel's room space and natural light are really great.

I specifically came to give this hotel a great review! From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was fantastic. The lobby is elegant and clean, and the front desk service was patient and attentive, proactively informing us about breakfast times and local sightseeing routes. The guest room was spacious with excellent lighting, and the cleanliness throughout was impeccable. The toiletries were high-quality, the hot water was stable, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, and transportation nearby is convenient. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure stays, with great attention to detail in service and incredible value for money. I genuinely recommend it to everyone, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

The hotel's location is convenient, very close to the subway station, and there's a Dim Sum restaurant right downstairs. The staff were friendly and actively helped resolve any issues. A satisfying stay overall.
