MM18908****This hotel is a hidden gem! I booked a special offer room, and they assigned us a cave-themed room. My girlfriend absolutely loved it, and it was perfect for photos. The service was excellent, with free airport pickup and complimentary breakfast. The room even had coffee and Pu'er tea, and it was immaculately clean. The only minor thing is that there's no window, but with the air conditioning and fresh air system, it wasn't an issue at all. The room was very quiet. Downstairs, there are electric scooter rentals, a supermarket, and all sorts of local eateries. Highly recommend!

WWoonWhiteEven though staff cannot speak English, but they are smart enough to communicate by AI application. They do not only suggest how to bike a sharing motorcycle, but they empathize our safety since we are unfamiliar with the city.
We have got the room 301 which is as same as the pix shown in Trip.com, actually. Surprisingly, my room is next to the road, but it is not noisy at all. You would have a very good night.
The breakfast is superb awesome 💥😋. We are wondering where to find this tasty when we back home.

GGuest UserThis small resort has great atmosphere, and all the amenities are modern. There are many reviews already highlighting the great hot springs experience and the rooms, all true 😊 But for me the most valuable experience was the opportunity to talk to the owner who lived in the village for many years and witnessed the development of tourism industry in the area. He has great knowledge about Dai lifestyle and can recommend authentic restaurants.
It was great to talk about local life vs tourist development areas and try locally sources mushrooms, wild lettuce, and free range eggs.
The owner treated me to dinner and lunch, offered local snacks and fruit from the garden. Hot breakfast every morning by the local chef was delicious.
You'll need to speak some Chinese or be patient with translation apps to communicate.
There are also three lovely friendly kittens living here 😊

MM220537****Coming to Xishuangbanna in December was perfect weather-wise. On the last day of my trip, before flying back north, I decided to spend a day at the hot springs. I chose the Ganlu room, which has pure hydrogen sulfide hot springs – definitely a sulfuric smell, but after soaking, my skin felt incredibly smooth, and I slept like a baby. Besides the private bath, there are also three small public hot spring pools and one large one. The butler mentioned that this area was originally a hot spring site. In the Peacock Valley courtyard, there are about 5-6 peacocks and a little calico cat. Breakfast is complimentary, and the environment is very comfortable. The only downside is that the road to the village is quite remote; I thought I had taken a wrong turn at one point.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. There are delicious food all around. It is very close to the Starlight Night Market. However, the room has a garden view and you can't hear the bustle and noise of the street. It is too friendly to me who is mentally weak. I slept beautifully for 4 nights. , I will stay here next time! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a bustling area with convenient transportation. It is very convenient to go out for dining and shopping. The fruit snacks around are cheap and affordable. There are also many barbecue restaurants. If you are hungry at night, you can go downstairs to taste the authentic Xishuangbanna Dai barbecue. The hotel is also very close to the Xingguang Night Market, which can be walked in a few minutes. It is also helpful to walk back after eating at the night market. The most worth mentioning is that the service of the hotel is very good. Every employee is positive and enthusiastic. When I checked out, I got two bottles of water. Let us feel the warmth of home. Finally, I want to especially mention the sanitation of the hotel. Both the lobby and the room are spotlessly clean, which makes me very satisfied. I will stay here next time!

It turns out that the inn is directly opposite Qianbao Street, and beyond it is Shwedagon Pagoda and Starlight Night Market. The visitor center is right next to it. It’s easy to go anywhere by bus or taxi. Recently, the staff were very enthusiastic and had a good attitude. They helped carry luggage upstairs and downstairs. They patiently answered any questions they didn't know. It is highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe are a family traveling and booked 3 rooms for 3 days. We contacted the hotel front desk Xiao Li in advance before we arrived at the hotel. Xiao Li patiently told us the navigation and the underground free parking lot. Everything went smoothly when we checked in. He also told us some usage operations. There is Xiaodu in the room, which can control the air conditioner, switch the curtains and lights, as well as the projector, refrigerator, washing machine, smoke extractor, etc. It is really good.

SStanley The Travel ManThe room was pretty clean. The cleaning lady replaced my towels on most days with one exception which was fine as there were other towels which I put in front of the shower. The garbage was emptied daily. The room is bright with light switches are available bedside. 306 has a bath tub in the living room. Who takes a bath in the living room ?
The pictures for that room needs to be improved with better description. Rooms with bath tub should be stated as such and room with sofa so the guests won’t get a room with a bath tub in the living room when they expect to have a sofa. Luckily for me that type of room was available.
I had room 307 which faces the back of the building and it wasn’t as noisy as the ones facing the street. Those rooms have the problem of hearing the drivers using their horns and by night music from the night market. With the windows close it isn’t bad.
One problem which can be improved is the receptionist. I checked in on Jan 12 and checked out Jan 15. There was this lady with glasses and another one on Jan 12 and then mostly I saw the one with glasses. She was there day and night. She wasn’t that helpful nor friendly . Every question was replied but rather unhappily it seemed. She didn’t behave like she likes her job. I even thought about leaving because of her. But on the last day, Jan 15 at 7:30 am when I checked out , a lady with surname Yi was working. She was an angel. She said breakfast is also ready, why don’t you stay and offered which I thought was very nice of her. She smiled a lot and told I felt she was very accommodating and helpful. She was trying to help in every respect and even waited with me a bit for my DiDi. I think she exemplifies good service.
I also like the tea as my parting gift.
I think that receptionist is an disappointment which isn’t a big problem with better training but other than her, everyone and everything were almost perfect.
