GGuest UserThe towels were not so clean, one day there's little hair falling out from the towel, very short, like dried shaved mustache which won't appear from my side as I'm female and traveled alone. Another day after the room is cleaned, the new door mat towel on the shower room bar was contaminated with at least three dark scratches, I tried to turn over to use another side and discovered both sides had black traces on it.
The gym room only has two running machines. I saw staff trying to transport some other rack to the room, but they took them away eventually, it would be good if they can put more amenities there.
Overall the room is very spacious and good, but the tv's wifi broken down twice on 2 days during my stay, and I couldn't use the project screen function to enjoy movie watching for a while.
The washing machine and dryers are quite good. It's good for long time travelers, they even have steam ironing machine.
Overall, the design of the rooms, entrance lobby, reception lobby, Landry room, breakfast lounge and gym room in the hotel are quite nice.
There's robot to deliver take away to the room, and I tried using this service to see the robot, on my last day of staying, unluckily, a staff knocked on my door and said the other staff entered the wrong room number and the robot went to the wrong room, so he delivered the take away to me. It's disappointing because I was excited to see how this robotic technology works. Anyway, it's not a big deal.

GGuest UserThe Family suite was exactly what we needed, clean, nicely decorated and breakfast was good. Checking in was easy, even though I don’t speak Chinese. Luckily I could provide a Chinese phone number, which was requested at check in. However what blew me away was the service after we left one piece of luggage in our room and did not notice until we were at the ferry passenger port. A Chinese friend of mine contacted the hotel and they made the impossible happen. In less than an hour (which is all we had before we needed to board the ferry), two very nice employees of the hotel brought the bag to the ferry port. They were so friendly and refused to take any money for this extraordinary service that I did not expect from them. Instead of leaving China without this bag and having it delivered to my daughter in Zhongshan, these employees not only prevented us from a lot of stress but also cemented the wonderful and very positive impression we had already gotten from China!
So very thankful and highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on Sunwen West Road Pedestrian Street. We drove here, and the hotel said we could park at the nearby Zhongshan Department Store; just walk out and you're at the hotel. Right inside the hotel is Four Delights Cafe, which seems to be a popular cafe. We booked a deluxe king room, and this room was absolutely fantastic! Because we were traveling with a child, we needed twin or king beds, so we booked a king room. The bed was 2 meters wide, and we later discovered it was the largest room available. The child was overjoyed as soon as we entered and said they wanted to stay here again.
Amenities: The hairdryer was from Laifen, and toiletries were all provided, including mouthwash, eye masks, earplugs, etc. Previously, when we stayed at Atour, these items had to be exchanged or purchased separately, but here they were provided directly.
Cleanliness: Because it's a newly opened hotel, it was very clean. The toilet had two disposable toilet seat covers, and the bathtub also had two disposable bathtub liners—very thoughtful!
Environment: It has a strong Southeast Asian feel. However, because it's a newly opened hotel, there was still a slight odor. We slept with the window open at night.
Service: When we arrived on the first afternoon, a young man greeted us, and on the second day when we checked out, a young woman greeted us. Even the cleaning lady we met along the way was very helpful and enthusiastic. Whenever we encountered any problems or had any questions, she was very kind and helpful in resolving them.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is spacious and comfortable~ the layout is simple~ the environment is quiet, the hotel is in a moderate location, the transportation is convenient, close to the shopping mall, and the famous food street is at night. The hotel provides guests with a basic Chinese breakfast. The food is relatively simple, but it helps to fill the stomach early in the morning. It is not bad to go everywhere. The most impressive thing is the waitress at the front desk. The little girl is kind and courteous. When she asks her about the needs of the room, she can do it within her ability. She responds immediately and handles it for me as soon as possible. Thank her very much!

Noise level 5/10. There’s a jewellery shop downstairs and they play loud music which could be heard on the 7th floor if you wish to leave your windows open. I could also hear someone in another room taking shower at night. But not too bad
The glow from the switches was noticeable, but the air conditioner display was especially bright and kept bothering me at night.
I also think the shower head and hairdryer could be better.
Location is great. Not aesthetically pleasing streets but there’re many restaurants around and the hotel is just ~10 min drive from the hot springs. Taxi was just 7rmb at night.
Breakfast was nice - congee, greens, meatballs , coffee, tea, yogurt , oranges etc.

GGuest UserThis is one of the more unusual hotel experiences I have had. The lobby is located on its own floor and the design makes it feel as though it is open to the elements - probably due to the large windows? We stayed on the seventh floor And it shares the floor with some other business- unusual. All advertisements say there is a gym but there isn't. Bummer. The room itself is large and clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, the shower head nozzles are mostly clogged-making for a very unpleasant shower. The hand held wand water jets out of each nozzle are so fine and strong that you feel like you're being pricked by needles constantly. The overhead nozzle jets are spraying in all directions. That's my biggest complaint. Otherwise, the location is perfect for sightseeing.

AAU LAI WANService is average, after check in there is no instruction to electrify Fang Ho, so that I and my family took the wrong electrical tin to the wrong hotel apartment next door, looking for a long time before going downstairs to ask again, wasted time, but next time will still go to Zhongshan time Book this hotel, due to the convenient location, there are many restaurants, supermarkets near the hotel.
