The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they not only proactively recommended must-try night market stalls but also helped us plan our route. Any requests we had were responded to super quickly, making the entire experience fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and in perfect condition – truly a quality you wouldn't expect at this price point. For such an affordable price, you get a comfortable and worry-free stay; the value for money is absolutely off the charts! Next time I visit, I'll definitely be choosing this place again!

MM370989****The room's decor is a natural wood style with warm lighting, creating a cozy atmosphere that I absolutely loved. I booked an executive room, which had a separate living room and bedroom, feeling like a small suite and offering great privacy. What I particularly appreciated was the separated vanity, shower, and toilet, unlike other hotels where everything is crammed into one space. The large mirror was super convenient for two girls getting ready. Outside the window, the lush greenery was incredibly relaxing. The cleanliness was exceptional; I couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. It would be even better if the TV had a screen mirroring function.
Free-flowing coffee and afternoon tea are also available.

CCocoziziThe front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the hotel's location is excellent, being very close to Gongbei Port. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and it's easy to catch a taxi. You can even walk to the port! If you like seafood, you can buy it downstairs, which is super convenient. I also tried the Tui Kee Tea Restaurant nearby and it was delicious – really great flavor. The hotel breakfast is also very good, with a wide variety of options. The smart home features throughout the room are a real hand-saver. This place offers fantastic value for money; I highly recommend coming to experience it. It's a great find for the price!

DDavidJNWe booked this place as it had two beds and we were heading to Chimelong the next day. It was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and the cost was very inexpensive with a Trip discount. No deposit fee for the key.
Close enough to the Zhuhai Train Station to walk but wouldn't want to do it on a hot day, good tree cover if you don't go on the main road. Maps didn't direct well to the location but it was on the main road. Entry is the third T1 door farthest from the river. Not all elevators went to 35, only front 2. We had a room on 33rd floor.
Could see Macau Tower and the Grand Lisboa from the window (no idea why I didn't take a picture). And of course, you can see the train station.
Plenty of pillows, one three memory form and some cushion pillows. Was also a sofa.
Didi was inexpensive to Chimelong and easy pickup from outside.

The bedding has no mottled marks or damage. The decoration style is light business-style. It is a rare time that the whole family is satisfied with the stay. The restaurant next to the hotel is also very good. The restaurant is by the sea, and you can enjoy the food while appreciating the sea view. The service attitude of the restaurant is also very comfortable. The hotel thoughtfully arranged a free island tour on Line 1, which was an unexpected surprise. If you pay for it yourself, it is 60 yuan per person. It is the first choice hotel for bringing family to play. I will choose to stay again next time. GGuest UserWe were going to Zhuhai Chimelong with our child, so we stayed in downtown Zhuhai the day before. I picked a place with a style my child would love, and as soon as she entered the room, she was over the moon! The actual room looked even better than my photos! What girl can resist an Elsa castle? The two large beds were perfect for a family of four. The hotel staff were also very responsible and met all our needs; the service was excellent! My child didn't even want to leave on the second day.

LLuxixi^O^Not bad at all! We stayed here because we were just passing through to Macau, so the proximity to the border crossing was a huge plus. The family room had really spacious beds, and the balcony was enormous, offering a great view of Macau's night skyline across the water. For safety reasons, the hotel usually keeps the balcony doors locked, but you can get them opened if you sign a safety waiver, which made me feel quite secure. It was beautiful and super convenient. Plus, there's a kids' playground on the first floor!

I specifically chose this hotel for the 2025 Asia General Aviation Exhibition and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, and the experience was absolutely perfect!

The hotel is right next to Hengqin Port. It's a 2-minute walk downstairs to the intercity rail station, which takes you directly to the airshow. Getting to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom from the hotel is even closer. The room was clean and hygienic, with disposable toilet seat covers and a full set of toiletries. There's also a floor-to-ceiling window with a view of Macau's night skyline – full marks for attention to detail. Macau University is right across the way.
