The team was wonderful (especially Windah, Made and Yadi), who made us feel very welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it’s a clean, pleasant, and well-maintained hotel. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout 🌿
One note for future guests: the website states that the Luxury Room has a private pool, but this is not the case. The Luxury Room has access to the shared pool, not a private one.
Also worth knowing: the hotel is located in the northern part of the island, and there’s very little nearby. To reach restaurants or shops, you’ll definitely need a bicycle or an e-bike.

SS.The hotel is super nice. It's small, but very quiet. You don't hear any of the island's partying. The room is large, and the bathroom is fantastic. I booked the hotel with breakfast included and was able to choose something from the menu every day. Bicycles (super new) were available to rent directly from the hotel for €2.50. It's a 10-minute bike ride to the harbor. I would book again. A pool towel can be borrowed free of charge.

SSPANE01The Gili Palms is a smaller resort with 14 bungalows.
The bungalows have airconditioning and a safe. The bed is not too hard or too soft, just right. The shower is party open-air.
The breakfast is from 7-10 am, and very nice, with juices, pancakes, jaffre, fruit and Nescafé or tea.
There is complementary coffee during 24h per dag.
There is a nice pool which is cleaned several times during the day as frangipangi flowers from the trees around fall in. But everything in a quiet and very nice surrounding. The best of all is the team and the manager. They are extremely friendly and helping out wherever they can .
They offer boat trips, and you can rent a bicycle for getting around the island.
The resort is about 100 meters walking to the turtle beach. This is the best beach around the island.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is location one block from ocean. (5minute walk to pier). Gili at is a noisy island with parties going until the early hours of the morning. We couldn’t hear any of it from the hotel however every morning at 4am the mosque their service for an hour (or longer) which is VERY loud and makes it hard to sleep through the night. The hotel does provide ear plugs for this which is nice.
The rooms NEVER got cleaned. Towels were not replaced and bed sheets changed.
The bar has a decent happy hour but the drinks are not strong at all. Often tasting like non alcoholic drinks.
Wifi is not very good. Unless it’s very late.
No hairdryers or anything extra like this. Only toothbrush and toothpaste. (Which we’re not replaced) we ended up buying our own toothpaste.
The hotel staff are VERY friendly though. Which was lovely.
The hotel offers tours and trips etc for a decent price as well as speedy laundry service.
The meals are pretty decent , the included breakfast is not amazing but it’s okay.
If you’re only here for a day or 2 then it’s really not a bad hotel.

Very picturesque location.
The breakfast was also not bad, and they have bicycles available to rent.
The location is great if you don’t want to be in a busy and loud area. It’s on the other side of the island to the main area, around 10 minutes bicycle ride, so no problem if you’re heading ‘downtown’ as the island is so small. Just be prepared to get a horse drawn carriage to and from the hotel with your luggage for check in/out haha, genuinely!
Would recommend if you’re looking for a nice chilled stay.

GGuest UserGood hotel on the beach front and near all the bars, clubs and restaurants. Service was good, they offered welcome drinks and help with carrying my luggage upstairs. The pool is sometimes used for the divers so it can be a bit of an inconvenience to swim/relax. They have a smaller pool at the back of the hotel but it looked like it hadn’t had a good clean in a while. Overall, a nice hotel and worth the money.

GGuest UserWe had the best time staying at Yulaman Hotel! All the staff made our stay 10 times better, specifically Alex who always asked if there was anything we needed and helped with renting the bikes during our stay. The location is great- about a 10 minute walk to either side of the island, and there’s plenty of bars and restaurants along the way. The room was so nice and a great size, especially happy with the air con and hot water facilities! The balcony was a nice feature to the room that over looked the pool, but also provided a space for us to dry our clothes. Overall our stay at the Yulaman Hotel was great and I’d recommend everyone to stay here!

The most is honest, I forgot my wallet in the hotel room when I checked out, and the mas found it and then called my family in Surabaya, so I could go back to the hotel and take my wallet.
