GGuest UserThe hotel is located within the University of Indonesia and has complete facilities, including a hot water kettle, coffee, TV, clothes drying rack, but no hot hair dryer.
It's hygienic and clean, and there are ants that are common in the tropics🐜. The campus has a beautiful environment with many green plants, big trees and lawns. The service attitude is good and the school staff are very enthusiastic.

JJoEdwardsActually, this hotel has potential, but they don’t seem to put much effort into improving the room’s appearance, and the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable.
The rooms facing the street were very noisy—you could hear traffic all night long. You’d better bring good earplugs.
On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. I’m really grateful for their service.

GGuest UserI wouldn't bother with the Deluxe Room. While we initially booked it thinking it'd be better because it's more spacious, the room was facing the main road and not soundproof at all. We had to request for a change because the noise jolted us awake at night and unfortunately, the only available room in the corridor was a downsize. :( While I wish we had been able to receive some form of compensation (it's half the price of the room we paid for), we were just glad they were able to accommodate the room switch at all.
Second room had a door that linked to the room next door, which I don't think was accessible but seemed like a strange design choice for rooms that could be booked separately... It was also not soundproof, but much better than the other one. Ultimately, you get what you pay for and despite some quirks, the smaller room is more than adequate if you're mostly going out and about.
Location is great if you're keen to check out the Blok M area, as it's a short walk to many café hubs.

GGuest UserOur stay at the hotel was very comfortable. They have Chinese-speaking staff, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was neatly made. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and the filtered drinking water available on our floor. All these amenities really met our needs, especially in a city like Jakarta where water quality can be an issue. The automatic curtains and the sleep-friendly lighting design made the room feel both simple and smart. The entire hotel has a warm and cozy atmosphere, and every staff member was incredibly friendly. I loved everything about this place. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation in Jakarta!

My stay was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
