Skyline KL by Nexx Field

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this apartment. It was very clean and well-organized, with a simple yet modern interior design that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and having a parking space available was a big plus. The location is excellent. There’s a convenience store right downstairs, and the LRT station is only a 3-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around the city. Overall, it was a great experience, highly recommended!

Initially I thought I could give this hotel a 5-star review just by looking at its G reviews, but in fact after my stay, there are a few inconveniences I experienced that stop me from giving it a full 5-star rating. 1. Aircon compressor was terribly noisy. I booked a Deluxe Family Room, which came with 2 big beds, and was given the last room across the corridor. This room faced the back street where the aircon compressor was placed, and I can literally and clearly hear the loud noise of the compressor coming through the window. I was unable to fall asleep, so I talked to the receptionist and requested to change room. This is where I can give the hotel 5 stars for its service. Without asking any further questions, the receptionist immediately handed me a new room card, and the issue was resolved. 2. You may have seen from many photos that the hotel has a gym equipped with a treadmill. Unfortunately, the treadmill was not functioning, which was very disappointing. Looks like the gym was there for no use. I hope the hotel can address this issue. Other than the above 2 incidents, my experience with this hotel was so far so good. Especially their services, as every time you enter the hotel you will be greeted by the staff at the front desk. Room is clean, with good and modern design, comes with all the amenities, and aircon working perfectly (is cool I mean). Every floor comes with water dispenser machine. Location wise is superb. Directly beside KL sentral station (LRT, monorail etc) and opposite NU shopping center. Almost whole journey will have covered walkway, no need to fear of rain. Directly downstairs have a lot of eateries, convenience store. Also, there will be NO free parking space provided, which is acceptable for this kind of hotel. There are several public parking available surrounding the hotel but it always depends on your luck. Overall, good value for money.

For this Kuala Lumpur trip, we chose to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC, and I must say it was absolutely the right decision The room was very clean and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities. It was perfect for both relaxing and taking photos. The view from the room was amazing, especially at night when you can see the city lights—such a romantic atmosphere The location is also excellent, very close to KLCC and many key attractions. It’s super convenient to get around, whether you want to eat, explore, or go shopping—no long travel needed at all. What made this stay even more impressive was the care from Alum 🙏 From before check-in until the day we checked out, Alum was always there to assist us. Quick responses, clear information, and very helpful with everything—from check-in instructions to travel tips—everything went smoothly and stress-free. It really felt like someone was taking care of us throughout the whole trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur that is clean, well-located, has a great view, and comes with attentive service, I highly recommend this place 👍 I will definitely come back to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC again next time. Thank you so much, Alum, for taking such great care of us throughout our stay

I stayed in Block A, room 18-07, with my two children (8 & 5 years old). Our window overlooked the pool and the TRX building. The cleanliness of the room was really subpar; it seemed the housekeeper wasn't putting much effort into cleaning. - The floor looked clean but felt sticky. - There was dust accumulated on the bathroom floor, vanity, kitchen counter, and TV cabinet surface. - Especially the bathroom floor in the vanity area – I don't understand why the housekeeper was too lazy to even rinse it with water when it's already in the toilet. Using the bidet, clumps of dust came out. - The washer-dryer combo unit would have been a great bonus, but it was dirty. As soon as I opened it, there was a ring of lint around the rubber seal, and the filter hadn't been cleaned. The TV in the room worked, but the screen was broken, ha. The front desk staff was baffling. We drove ourselves, and during check-in, there was a slim Chinese guy and an English-speaking lady of an undetermined ethnicity. The front desk lady asked if I needed parking, and I said yes. She gave me two cards: an RFID card to enter the parking entrance and an elevator card. Only the very first time we left the room after checking in were we lucky enough to smoothly take the elevator to the parking level. Every time after that was a nightmare. The second time we tried to leave, we found that the doorknob to the elevator lobby had *broken off*!!! It was impossible to open the door, and the stairway was completely dark with no lights on, so taking the stairs wasn't an option. I called the front desk, waited about 15 minutes for someone to come open the door. The front desk guy propped the elevator door open with a fire extinguisher and left. The door was never fixed until checkout. A couple of minutes after he left, we finally managed to take the elevator to get our car. But in the elevator, no matter how many times we went in and out or pressed buttons, we couldn't get to the parking level. Eventually, we had to go to the 10th-floor Facilities Floor, and then walk down the stairs from the 10th floor to the 4th floor (labeled 3A in the elevator). Luckily, these stairs were lit. Later, we asked other guests who happened to get into the elevator and found out that to access the parking level from any other floor, only the rightmost 'Bomba Lift' (fire escape elevator) works. The front desk knew I had a car but didn't inform me of any of this. And what good is knowing this anyway, since you can't specify which elevator comes? During checkout, carrying all our bags, we also had to walk down the stairs from the 10th floor to the 4th floor. Also, if you're driving, remember to ask the front desk for a 'master access card' during check-in to access the car park. I only found this out when I complained to the front desk during checkout about not being able to reach the parking level (at this point, there were two other Malay staff members, a man and a woman, and the woman seemed to be in a higher position). The front desk said they wouldn't know if a card was a master card; they just give them to guests, and if a guest says it doesn't work, they'll promptly replace it. Then they asked why I didn't inquire earlier. This is such a small issue that could easily be solved by putting a small mark on the card, yet it ended up being my fault. Ha. The location is great. It's about a 10-minute walk to Pavilion if you're fast, but with two kids, I was quite nervous because it's along a busy main road's walkway and a T-junction (one pedestrian traffic light was broken, so we had to dash across when there was no traffic). The hotel's swimming pool and entertainment facilities made the kids very happy. The location and overall hotel environment are big pluses, but human error ruined the experience.

Jun 13 2026- The Teedo hotel position is its biggest selling point—it is perfectly situated within close proximity to Petaling Street China Town(10mins), Jalan Alor(15mins), Central Market(15mins), and it near Plaza Rakyat LRT Station(5mins). When it comes to dining, there is absolutely no need to worry at all, even if you’re not a particularly picky eater. The area surrounding hotel is teeming with a diverse array of food stores, local eateries and cozy restaurants, offering an extensive selection of delicious cuisines to suit all tastes, you’ll find plenty of wonderful dining options just a short walk away. Overall my stay at Teedo Hotel was ok. The unrivaled location, convenient dining choices combine to create a truly wonderful living experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, and I will definitely choose to stay here again. The 1st room i get is a little disappointing, due to the house keeper issue i guess, hope the management will put some effort and improve it. The 2nd Room i get, after report the 1st room issue is perfect, and room is spacious, hot water shower, hair dryer, hanger and mineral was provided, which is quite complete. Thanks for the fast action taken by the front desk. Must try!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! 🤗 And the staff are super friendly. They sent me photos with directions before I arrived on the same day, which made it so easy to find. I booked a twin room, but they upgraded me to a two-room suite, which made my trip so much more comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect, directly connected to MixC Mall, making it super convenient to get there. You can see the escalator connecting to MixC Mall as soon as you exit on the 8th floor. In the evenings, you can even catch a mini laser show from your window. I realized I left some clothes in the wardrobe after checking out, but they took great care of my lost belongings – I'm so grateful! And to top it all off, they gave me a Qingdao magnet as a farewell gift. Thank you so much! 🙏

First of all, the location of this capsule hotel is a little bit far from the city centre. It’s okay if you just want to sleep and you’re looking for a cheap place to stay. But if you want to travel KL that much, and you’re on a tight budget, book a hotel in the city centre. Well, the hotel is clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming (but they don’t smile a lot). Over all, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re going to sleep only.

The room is quite big but not so clean. There are some stains on the carpet. The amenities of the shower cap and soap and shampoo are put in some place. Location so good, close to nu mall, mono rail and KL sentral. The service is a lil bit slow. I need to wait around 10 minutes to get checked in. And they put me in an occupied room before I got the correct room.

The service attitude was great, and my deposit was refunded quickly. There are lots of restaurants and leisure options nearby. The durian was delicious! A kind vendor even gave me an extra sample. There's a supermarket with really cheap items, making it a great value for everyday living expenses. For someone like me who wasn't fully prepared, it saved me money. You can get lunch for around 10 yuan. The affordable supermarket has a wide variety of items at friendly, low prices!
