CCYuen0925I stayed here for 20 days. The location of this hostel is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby and just a five-minute walk to the beach. What I especially want to praise is their cleanliness — not only is the daily cleaning very thorough, but the bed sheets and towels are also spotless. The cleaning staff member is truly competent. What surprised me most is how quiet it is, making it even more suitable for sleep than many noisy luxury hotels. If you stay in a single room, it comes with a TV, fridge, air conditioning, and a private bathroom — everything you need. It’s better than any three-star hotel (except the room is small, but at such a low price, that’s really not an issue). I think this is the best place to stay in Nha Trang for solo travelers.

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely amazing stay at Central Nha Trang Hotel & Business and would 100% give it 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and our room was tidied every single day to a very high standard. It really made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. 🧼✨ The location is perfect — right in the centre of town and only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to get around and enjoy everything Nha Trang has to offer. We were also pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us to a suite for free! The view of the sea from the room was absolutely incredible and made the experience even more special. 🌊😍 Another great bonus was the excellent laundry service available in the hotel, plus an iron in the room which was really convenient for keeping clothes fresh during the trip. 👕👌 Overall, everything about our stay was fantastic — clean rooms, amazing location, beautiful sea views, and genuinely kind staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang and would happily stay here again!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel with my son. The location is excellent, practically on the beachfront, with the sea just across the road. There are tons of cafes and restaurants nearby, along with all kinds of shops and fruit vendors. Regarding the hotel: it's very tired. There was no hot water for the entire two-week stay, and the management didn't respond at all. Upon arrival, the balcony door was broken and wouldn't close. A repairman came at my request and seemed to fix it, but it broke again after opening it twice. They didn't give a damn and we lived like that. The linens weren't changed even once during our two-week stay, but the towels were changed daily, and housekeeping was also provided daily. The room had tea, coffee, and two bottles of water, replenished daily. Breakfast is more suited to Asians; for Europeans, the food is monotonous: fried eggs, toast, jam, coffee, and even pancakes once.

While it’s located a bit away from the city center, using Grab makes getting around fairly easy. However, if you’re planning to do a lot of sightseeing or food hopping in the central area, it might not be the most convenient option. The rooms are very clean with no unpleasant odors, making for a comfortable stay. It’s also ideal for those who prefer private rooms on a budget. A nice touch is that they provide bottled water every time the room is cleaned. Please note that a passport or a deposit of 200,000 VND is required at check-in.

JJoshua.sheppardCheck-in was not very welcoming—staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, and I didn’t receive any directions for the elevators or information like the Wi-Fi password. The instructions for the TV were incorrect, and staff could only suggest using YouTube for help. The elevators were consistently crowded and slow, making getting around frustrating; I’d likely choose a smaller hotel next time. On the positive side, the view from my room on the 38th floor was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and the cleaning staff were friendly and respectful. However, the room had a persistent fish and cigarette smell near the entrance, which required daily use of air fresheners. Noise from the rooftop nightclub above was noticeable but not disruptive for me. There’s a gym and pool on level 6, but the elevators made them difficult to access request a lower floor if you plan to use these facilities regularly. The hotel is very busy and well-located, but there’s no room service and strict rules about bringing food into the room, and the residents’ entry was often blocked. A more hospitable check-in experience and a compendium in the room with basic hotel information (like Wi-Fi codes and gym hours) would have made things much better.

AAnonymous UserThe bed was clean and comfortable! However, in the photo, the room looks luxurious and bright, but in reality, there is no luxurious atmosphere and the hotel is not bright. And since we went in mid-December, Vietnam itself was humid. In that case, the hotel should have used an air conditioner to control humidity and temperature to keep it from being humid, but the lobby was humid. And the hotel owner does not speak English, so a translator is essential. The location isn't that bad, but you still have to take Grab to get to downtown Nha Trang. It’s good considering that it’s not completely downtown Nha Trang! And is there a hotel in this place? There is an accommodation in an alley worth visiting. I think it's closer to a motel than a hotel! But considering the price, it’s not bad for a day!

YYanisspanosI don’t want this to sound all bad but as soon as I arrived guy on desk says he didn’t have reservation i showed him my reservation on the trip.com app He then continues to say that the hotel doesn’t deal with trip.com At this point I am starting to get worried he gave me a number to phone and I phoned numbers of the app but I am not getting anywhere I say to him do you get this problem with trip.com all the time as surely I am not the first person he agrees and says yes all the time I said to him then why is this hotel on the trip.com app get it removed Tbh I have gone from worried to angry and now I wan my room or there’s gonna be a problem He then appears with a peice of paper with my booking on This is not the start of my holiday that I wanted I am with my girlfriend from Cambodia she never been outside Cambodia and she looked worried I really do not know what they were doing but they put me indrt unnecessary stress ???? Personally I think they were trying to scam me into paying for a room but that’s just my suspicious mind either that or he was just plain stupid Anyway the infinity pool you have to pay for it’s not with your room no big deal but they should Advertise this clearly I went to the roof to check the pool out as I was going to use it the next day but they wanted me to pay just to look at it 😳 The room was the wrong room had to double beds ripped curtain broken door handle no cups not even complimentary coffee or water The building is amazing and my view from 15th floor over nha Trang was fantastic In a nutshell they need to sort out the little details and it would be great 👍
