GGuest UserI stayed for seven consecutive days. From the moment I was picked up at almost midnight on the first day, to the quick check-in, I slept for a few hours and felt completely refreshed. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Before coming, I read all sorts of reviews, worried about not sleeping well, afraid of cigarette smoke, mosquitoes, and not finding parking. The result was a pleasant surprise; the service was excellent. My son, after hiking, rafting, and off-roading, would get his clothes dirty every day, and the hotel would wash and dry them. The breakfast each morning was great, and the rice noodles were authentic. Before, I saw others say it was good and thought they were paid reviews. Because of motion sickness, we rented a car to drive ourselves around Xishuangbanna. The hotel's location was convenient for getting to all directions – north, south, east, and west – and we explored every one of them. Regarding clothing, except for needing a light jacket when going to the restaurant for breakfast, it was mostly tank tops and sun protection clothing at other times. Xishuangbanna truly gets a lot of sun. When we walked around, we passed by street stalls near the residential area entrance, buying and eating along the way. It's typically cool in the shade and hot in the sun, especially at noon; mornings, afternoons, and evenings were quite comfortable. Driver Zhou, who picked us up, was also excellent and very helpful. The staff helped with luggage, assisted with parking, and there were always enthusiastic staff members around. A detail in the restaurant that guests with潔癖 (germophobia) and強迫症 (OCD) would appreciate is that the tongs used to pick up food were promptly cleaned.👍

LLinannanaStaying at Muxu was truly an experience of being 'spoiled by nature and meticulous details.'
The room opens directly onto a 270° misty terrace. In the mornings, sitting in the rattan chair watching the valley fog roll in, even my breath was imbued with the scent of plants and trees. The private hot spring pool faces the mountain view, and the butler would bring hot ginger tea while I soaked. In the evenings, I could even spot egrets returning to their nests. The amenities really showed no expense spared – Dyson hairdryers and Marshall speakers were standard, and even the humidifier was silent. The toiletries used herbal fragrances, perfectly matching the rainforest ambiance.
What truly impressed me was the 'invisible service': warm tremella sweet soup delivered to the terrace before bed, individually packaged steam eye masks that I found in my bag, and even emergency menstrual supplies tucked away in a drawer. The 360° infinity pool on the rooftop was an unexpected delight; with the afternoon sun slanting across the water at 4 PM, the photos taken there didn't need any editing.
Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows of the book bar was the entire rainforest. As I nestled on the sofa reading half a book, the lady at the tea bar would proactively refill my seasonal ancient tree tea. The 24-hour butler responded instantly on WeChat; when we temporarily changed our itinerary, airport transfers and scenic spot reservations were arranged within ten minutes.
If 'vacation' is about escaping daily life, then Muxu offers the healing of 'living within the scenery, yet being meticulously cared for.' Next time I visit Xishuangbanna, this will be my only choice.

UUlysess444The hotel's facilities and services are excellent, with many thoughtful details that really show they care about guests. The way to activate the power is unique; instead of inserting a card into a narrow slot, you place it on a tray with a groove at the bottom, which is much simpler, especially in dim lighting. There are plenty of hangers and various surfaces to place your belongings. The smart room control system is very user-friendly, allowing individual control of lights in different areas. The 'disposable' slippers are fantastic – clean, comfortable, and environmentally friendly. The room has a mix of wooden flooring and small area rugs, offering the comfort of a carpet while being easy to keep clean, which is much better than fully carpeted rooms. The toilet is the best I've encountered in a hotel; the heated seat is just the right temperature, not too hot, and the flush is quiet yet very effective. While the wide front of the seat and the automatic sensor for opening and closing the lid aren't groundbreaking features, they significantly enhance the user experience. The shower controls are a bit unique, with two separate switches for the handheld and overhead showerheads. This means you can't control water flow and temperature simultaneously, but you get used to it. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be the toilet paper – it lacks elasticity and tears easily.

GGuest UserI spent a week in Xishuangbanna and only discovered this hidden gem of a hotel in my last two days. I ended up staying for two nights. The front desk staff, both the men and women, were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. Although the hotel opened in 2020, the interior is well-maintained and very clean. We did encounter a few small mosquitoes, which is quite normal given the climate in Xishuangbanna, but the hotel thoughtfully provided electric mosquito repellent. Make sure to close your balcony door before sleeping (there are a lot of night owls around!). The soundproofing is excellent. The balcony outside the room is very spacious, offering a direct view of the Lancang River below, and across the way is White Elephant Beach (the first picture is a real shot from the hotel balcony). Not far from here is the Starlight Night Market and the Great Golden Pagoda. Oh, and the hotel's breakfast was the most satisfying I've had all week at any hotel!

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The French aesthetic is absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor featuring lush greenery paired with black and white – perfect for photoshoots. We had airport pickup service in a spacious GL8 business seven-seater. The lobby offers complimentary self-serve refreshments like fresh flower cakes and Pu'er tea, plenty for everyone. The room also thoughtfully provided disposable bath liners and toilet seat covers, which was very convenient.
Cleanliness: All the glass throughout the hotel was spotless. However, the room's disinfection needs improvement. Before going to bed, I found a lot of large ants near the sink, which scared me! Thankfully, the butler responded quickly and brought insecticide.
Environment: It's right in the city center, and the soundproofing is decent. Getting a taxi can be a bit of a hassle due to potential traffic, but it's very convenient for walking around, and it's close to Gaozhuang.

GGuest UserAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.

卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

Rraymond200909On the positive side, the hotel has quite a few recreational facilities, and the room amenities are decent and relatively new.
On the negative side, the biggest problem is the excessive dampness in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in, and although the hotel changed the bedding, it didn't help much. This might be due to the humid air during the rainy season in Xishuangbanna, but two things puzzled me: 1) The front desk said no one else had reported this issue before. 2) I stayed at three hotels during this trip, and Zhucheng was the third. The other two were right next to Zhucheng, and their rooms didn't feel noticeably damp.
Also, the hotel room didn't pay enough attention to some details. The sofa arrangement prevented the curtains from closing completely automatically; I had to manually close them. The refrigerator was also quite noisy, which affected my sleep.

GGuest UserThe staff at this hotel were all very helpful and had great service attitudes, which deserves a big thumbs up. However, the facilities were a major drawback. The laundry room seemed to be shared with the adjacent health and wellness guesthouse; it was so messy that I never wanted to do laundry there 😂. The swimming pool was also dirty and not filled with water, which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. There was also no parking, and the small courtyard was completely filled with cars. Breakfast was very simple, basically just two stir-fried dishes every day, served on the kind of trays used in student cafeterias. The only thing I was willing to eat was the rice noodles. I also got bitten by some kind of insect at the hotel seven or eight times. In short, it's a hotel with very obvious advantages and disadvantages. This is the first time I've written so much, and I hope the hotel can improve and get better.
