"The room is spacious and clean, and it's conveniently located near the train station, just a short walk away. There are also a few convenient stores nearby. Overall, it's a very convenient location. However, the staff is quite unfriendly. They will charge you extra if you're slightly late for check-out, even though they claim to have already reminded you. They don't seem to give any grace period."

AAlfie&BillieThe hotel location is honestly perfect. It’s right next to Formosa Boulevard Metro station and the exit has an escalator so no worries if you have heavy luggage! The hotel lobby is pretty beautiful and the coffee bar is free. I was upgraded to the top floor of the hotel! Bathroom is nice and big. Bed is comfortable but the pillows are so soft — I ended up with some neck pain. Snacks and bottled water provided everyday in the room. Unfortunately the room is a bit dark even with all the lights on - and we found some hair in the room on the bed and in the carpet that did not match our hair colour so it must’ve been left behind by a previous guest or housekeeping. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet with many western and Asian options and the staff are very nice. Rooftop is beautiful at night for a drink. Walking distance to Liuhe Night Market for all the yummy foods! Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Kaohsiung! The city was lit up so beautiful for the TWICE concerts! Love Kaohsiung!

EET34Hotel Just Sleep Kaoshiung is conveniently located between Kaoshiung Main Station and Formosa Boulevard Station. It is also within walking distance to convenience stores and Liuhe Night Market. As for the hotel room, we booked a family room. The room is very spacious for a family of four and our 3 large luggage bags. Plenty of walking spaces too.👍👍 The service is awesome and the reception is warm. Although the aircon for our original room was not working despite the hotel’s attempt to fix it, the staff offered us another room and even allowed us to try out the air con before confirming the room. That really saved us else we would have to suffer due to poor ventilation for the 3 nights’ stays. 👍👍👏👏 As for the hotel wifi, it does not work well. Probably the hotel wants us to just sleep at night and not to surf the internet. Hahaha…. 😁😉 The hotel also offers free usage of the washing machines located at 3rd floor. However the heater is charged at NTD 10 per 10 minutes. Oh a thing to note is that the pillows are too soft to our liking. It is difficult to sleep with it although the mattresses are really firm. 😆😆 din sleep well though. And for our room that faced the main street, it could be noisy in the morning. We could hear the traffic. As for breakfast, the hotel serves it from 6.30am to 10.00am. We booked our room with breakfast, however, we didn’t really get to enjoy the breakfast as we woke up late. So it is really up to individual to decide if they would want to include breakfast in their hotel package. Overall, it is really a decent hotel with friendly staffs who are always ready to offer their service. 🎉🎉👍👍👌👌

AAnonymous UserHad a amazing stay at cozzi throughout. The bed was really comfortable and room totally quiet. The aircon is so quiet that I slept like a baby. Hotel staff are very welcoming and if you need help, they are always around to lend a helping hand. No hiccups during taking the lifts in and out of hotel. Thank you cozzi for such a great stay!

GGuest UserCity Suites in Kaoshiong is perfect location due to short 1 minute walk to Tram(LRT), the rooms are very spacious, good bathroom concept with the options all given...soundproofing is good and well served by 3 lifts. The check-in process is very very efficient and is very customer oriented and allow guests to get to the rooms fast! Highly recommended!

Bbrights delightWe had a great time at the Riverside Hotel! Even though we got there late, the staff was really nice and helped us check in quickly, so we could get some sleep before leaving early the next morning. What stood out the most was how friendly and helpful everyone was. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised by the shuttle service that took us to and from the airport. It made our trip so much easier and more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

玥玥上Breakfast was delivered to the garage at a scheduled time, and it included a braised egg, fruit, a foil-packed drink, and a main course of your choice. It was simple, not a huge portion, but pretty good. The room was very clean, and the bathtub was as big as ever, taking about half an hour to fill. The location was also quite convenient, about an 8-minute walk from the light rail. Overall, pretty good~

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is good; it's only a few hundred meters from Formosa Boulevard Exit 11. There's a supermarket and a spicy hot pot restaurant across the street, and Liuhe Night Market is just 20 meters behind it. The location is top-notch if you're a night market enthusiast. However, the hotel facilities are very poor. The bathroom, tables, chairs, ceiling, and walls all show significant wear and tear, making it look like a countryside inn. Although the hotel entrance looks grand from the outside, it's definitely not worth the price – it's far too expensive for what you get. The breakfast quality is mediocre, but the cleaning staff and the breakfast restaurant servers were very friendly. The front desk staff, on the other hand, were very unhelpful – the kind who could easily be fired. The hotel claims to be eco-friendly and only provides two bottles of water. Even though both are 'Houshe' hotels, this one is a world apart from the Houshe hotel in Taipei. The pillows were black and dirty; I couldn't even tell what they were made of. The provided slippers were of extremely poor quality; I haven't seen such bad hotel slippers in the past ten years. We chose this hotel in Kaohsiung because we are frequent guests of Houshe Hotel in Taipei, but we regret it. We shouldn't have assumed it would be the same.
